Die Renovierung brachte alle neuen Granitplatten in alle Badezimmer / Küchen / und Schlafzimmer. Holzböden durch. Spiegel in Hülle und Fülle mit Buntglasfenstern. Alle Schlafzimmermöbel sind in den Wänden mit Granit-Theken gebaut. Neue Duschen mit Regentropfen kommen aus den Decken. Absolutely the best vacation ever!!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything from the ease of check in to the ease of check out! The owner was great at communicating with us about our questions and very nice! We will definitely be coming back here again!

The location of this property was amazing .. the access to the beach was perfect. Super comfortable and easily accessible and accommodating to all of our needs . Definitely will return. And highly recommend this location.

Great beach, perfect for pets

Such a great location and really great if you are bringing a pet. Not stocked at all, we had a tiny bit of dish soap, no dishwashing or laundry pods, maybe 1 trash bag a bit of hand soap and broken dispensers. If you plan to cook, the knives and cookware etc are very cheap but it had the necessities. Overall the place is nice enough if you’re traveling with pets. Although there was a ton of poop in the backyard

This is an amazing place. View doesn’t get any better. The condo was clean and the two king beds were very comfortable. Great location. The fenced yard on the beach for my puppy was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Loved I could take my fur baby for free!!

Nice condo, on the whiter part of the beach, has its own beach access! Beach wasn’t crowded in front of the condo! Bed was super comfy!!! The only complaint or suggestion I can make is adding curtains to the bedroom, there are built in blinds in the sliding door but they don’t stop any lite, even the moon lite up the room, some ppl love being up as soon as the sun rises! I’m not one of those ppl when on vacation:)

Early May Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo layout and beach setting is outstanding. Our only downside, our dog was not allowed on the beach at the unit, we had to go to the dog beach about 3 miles south.

Options for TV viewing were poor and the TV was too small to see well in the living room. The ice in the ice maker was frozen into a block which I had to chip out and after that in made very little ice. The beach view and access was great.

The perfect, pet friendly paradise. From tile floor and leather furniture to a totally fenced in yard. Any pet owner will love this place. Walk right out on the beach- you can’t beat the location.

Great time

Everything was exactly as described and the close proximity to the beach and view were stellar. Only minor suggestion would be getting some ottomans in stead of glass tables. It would be nice to prop feet up and not fear breaking the table Look forward to renting again in the future from David.

We will be back!

Dave is very easy to communicate with. The condo is extremely spacious. Cookware is in great condition. Beds are very comfortable. Loved having the fenced yard for our dog to enjoy. Neighbors were friendly. The condo could use a good deep cleaning but it was nothing that would keep us from enjoying our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Villa for Pets!

This Villa is fantastic for families and pets. We enjoyed having a fenced back yard and 2 decks to have coffee and hang out with the family. The kitchen was stocked with any appliances and cookware you would need and a grill for outdoor cooking. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were large with a lot of storage. It was clean when we arrived but there is sand (it's the beach). Dave is great with communication and quick to reply to any needs. The best view of the sunset is on the orange chairs in the back yard. Bring your own beach chairs, read all of the little stories hanging on the wall, wear shoes in the yard (HOT) and take a moment to appreciate the privacy and view. We will stay again!

It was great except the master bathroom shower has very low water pressure and one one of the sinks in that bathroom does not drain properly. Also the floor was not really clean. Our feet were black after just being there for a little while

We have two Remotes one for tv and for cable Folks who arnt use to them Push wrong buttons And get it locked up we always come over and get them back but they never called for the help One thing about living on beach is when doors and windows are left open The salt air is grimmy/thick And coats everything My stainless fridges are even rusting I’m not making excuses Cleaning Mopes every turn Some people can’t Enjoy Life

As shown...but

This property is as shown. But it is setup like it might be expecting Spring breakers. It really needs some lamps in the living room and bedrooms. The dimmable can lights over the sofa don't. The icemaker worked on the first day and never after. Maybe a carpet or rug in the living room would reduce the echos from the TV. We had a good time. Only rent this unit if you want a destruction proof unit.

Leather furniture/Granite tops thru out Walk in glass showers/mirror walls ARNT for Spring Breakers. We have recess lights to get rid of lamps/each light system has two switch's and one has an dimmer. I guess they couldn't figure it out how to dim the lights or turn them on If you live on beach, You know you don't want carpet /rugs with the moist weather and sand Just makes them Icky. Ice maker did work He probably put arm up that stop making ice im sure he has ice trays at Home not aware how ice makers work

Gorgeous and relaxing

We had a beautiful view and loved walking right out onto the sand. We stayed for a week and loved every minute that we did not have to stay indoors. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on, so I spent most of the time upstairs and my husband stayed downstairs and made do with adding pillows to sit on and pulling a kitchen chair over to prop his legs up. There were too many boards lose on the balcony to sit out there but i sat in the chair in the bedroom with the door open just a bit to hear the ocean. Our bed and the bathrooms were clean but not much else. We had to go and buy cleaning supplies to clean stuff ourselves. I took pictures to send to the owner as he is probably not even aware of most of the issues.

Great Location

We had a wonderful time at this beach house. The best part was being able to bring our dog. The house met all of our needs. The kitchen had all the tools I required. The grill igniter that is part of the grill worked so I didn’t require a lighter to get it going. The floors were perfect with sand and having a dog. The best part was being able to just walk out onto the beach and enjoy it. I set up our beach spot with umbrella, chairs and towels and would enjoy for a while, go in and make/eat lunch, then go back out. We are pretty Covid conscious so we had all the ordering out options of door dash which was fantastic(Wonderful fish and shrimp offerings). We needed an extra chair because we have a party of 5 but we’re able to bring one in from the balcony. We had the entry instructions early enough that I didn’t worry about that. Everything worked. One little tip: I f you have trouble getting the dishwasher to start, press firmly on the top left corner (don’t hit it), and while pressing push the start button. The latch might be trying to go bad. But this worked. Wonderful stay, David. Thanks again so much!

Beautifully positioned on the beach

There were so many pro's with this rental! The location of this condo was so conveniently placed right in an area with grocery stores, small restaurants, etc. The house is directly on the beach, you walk out onto the patio, down a privately fenced area and you are on the beach. The views and sunset are breathtaking. It was clean and spacious. Bedrooms are upstairs and are very large and include bathrooms. I thought this was perfect since we were staying with other adults. A few upgrades are needed or newer pictures taken as the pictures advertise a newer looking outside area and indoor furniture. Being directly on the beach with the salt and sand, hurricanes, etc do contribute to the outside wear and tear but it is not terrible. We had a small repair that was needed and the owner was very quick to respond and had it fixed within a couple of hours. We were allowed to bring our 2 boxers and were able to let them go leash free in the walkway. The only thing is if the fence opening would work like a latched gate, that would be awesome. We had to lift it to move it closed but otherwise it worked well for us. It was very important for us to be able to bring our dogs! I would absolutely recommend this house. We felt right at home here just with much prettier views! The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils as we cooked Thanksgiving dinner here. We really enjoyed ourselves and were able to relax and feel comfortable here. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect Location & brought our cats

Nothing can beat having the beach & the ocean in your backyard. We were there in December with our 2 cats. The place is exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for a small group. The grill was convenient. The kitchen had plenty of cookware. The only spices were salt, pepper and sugar. It did not have some of the basics like ziplock bags or aluminum foil. WinDixie was only a mile away. But if you’re driving, you can bring those things from home. There were also no kitchen towels. We went through most of the paper towels on the role provided. There was dish soap and dishwasher detergent. The bathrooms had hand soap and a combo shampoo/body wash. I brought my own things. There were plenty of bath towels. No starter laundry detergent or dryer sheets. There were also no games. I’m sure most of the time people spend their day at the beach. It was cold and rainy a couple of days. The deck had a table and chairs. No beach chairs were provided. There was a place to rent chairs. But they were closed for the season. This was really a nonissue for us since we were directly on the beach. There was no need to pack a bag or extra clothes. The house also has a foot wash at the bottom of the stairs. The water was chilly. We braved it when the sun was out. The reason I mentioned the things that were not there is if you were within driving distance, like us, you can bring these things from home. Even though we had a few rainy days, we found things to do. We went to the Wonder World museum& loved it. There is also a movie theater & a laser tag place. The majority of restaurants were casual. The TV had Netflix and Vudu. We ended up watching movies a few nights. We had a completely relaxing week. I can see why people like to come back

You are right on the Gulf and the sugar white sand in your toes!!! Great vacation. Dave is a great host a very accommodating helpful cater to all your needs will definitely go there again if the slots available for rental he books up quick so if you're thinking about it jump on it and get it done.

GUYS This villa is the 'Cream of the Crop'
I live in St Louis, Mo and I wanted a place to park at my front door and then walk off my back deck into the sand and have the deck between me and the beatuiful Gulf.
This is it. I have refurbished the whole inside/out of this villa. It doesnt get much better. I didnt want to climp up any steps/I didnt want to park across the street and walk across an parking garage bridge I didnt want to go up an eleavtor. I wanted to be truly on the beach. THIS IS IT.
