Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay with TideWatch Vacations. We genuinely value your input as it helps us continuously improve our properties and services. We are sincerely sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. Safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we regret that these standards were not met in your experience. Regarding the bar stools, we apologize for the inconvenience and safety concern. Please know that we have already replaced the unstable stool and added additional seating to ensure future guests have a comfortable dining experience. The issue with the master bath shower is also concerning, and we understand the frustration it must have caused. Our maintenance team has been alerted and has since resolved the drainage problem to ensure it functions properly for future guests. As for the presence of the alligator, we take wildlife encounters very seriously. Our team has contacted local wildlife control to address this situation and ensure the area is safe for all guests. Your safety and peace of mind are very important to us. We deeply regret that these issues impacted your stay, and we appreciate your understanding as we address them. Your experience is not reflective of the high standards we strive to maintain. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with the exceptional experience you deserve.
