Diese wunderschön renovierte, direkt am Golf gelegene Wohnung verfügt über ein komplett neues Interieur, einschließlich einer Küche mit Granit, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, einem Computertisch und viel Stauraum. Eigenschaften umfassen, Zierleisten, Fensterbehandlungen, Deckenventilatoren, Waschmaschine und Trockner, drei Flachbild-TVs und eine Stereoanlage. Hotelqualität Highspeed-Internet neu installiert.

In der Master Suite gibt es eine neue Tablettdecke mit Leselampen über dem neuen Kingsize-Bett. Sie haben direkten Blick auf den Golf und Zugang zum Lanai von der Master Suite. Das neue Vorlagenbad hat Granit Countertops und Travertinfliesen gänzlich. Es gibt einen separaten Badezimmerbereich mit einer langen Standdusche, die einen stationären Regenkopf und eine Duschstange umfasst, die auch für die in der Dusche befindliche Sitzbank in voller Breite zugänglich ist.

Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein neues Queen- und Twin-Size-Bett sowie einen Flachbildfernseher. Das umgebaute Gästebad verfügt über einen neuen Schrank mit Granitplatte und eine neue Duschtür für die Marmorbadewanne / -dusche.

Unsere neue, komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung am Strand wird wöchentlich (Samstag bis Samstag) vermietet und bietet Platz für 5 Personen mit einem Kingsize-Bett in der Master-Suite, einem Queen-Size-Bett und einem Twin-Size-Bett in der Gästesuite sowie einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Schlafsofa.

Kabel-Satelliten-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern.

Lanai hat Tisch und Stühle und die Küche enthält alle Geräte, Geräte oder Utensilien, die Sie benötigen, um Ihr Lieblingsgetränk, Snacks oder sogar ein komplettes Weihnachtsessen zuzubereiten!

Die Wohnung verfügt über Bettwäsche, Strand- und Badetücher und Highspeed-WLAN-Zugang. Das Clubhaus verfügt auch über einen Computer zum Drucken von Bordkarten.

Review of Sanibel condo

Condo was attractive, tastefully appointed, easy to manage. Great view of beach and ocean from the lanai. Excellent location. Owner was very responsive to elevator suddenly not working, which required using stairs to and from 3rd floor!

Tremendous experience

Everything regarding our recent stay in Albert's home was amazing. He is an exceptional host; great communication and friendly, informative conversations. The property managers, Jim and Charlotte, were prompt and helpful when responding to any questions we had, meeting our needs, and providing helpful tips for an enjoyable time on the island. The unit has been newly remodeled with beautiful decor, comfortable furnishings and plentiful amenities. The view can't be beat. We look forward to staying in this wonderful unit again.

Thanksgiving 2019

The VRBO was wonderful for our Thanksgiving stay--the family enjoyed the balcony view of the beach and the kitchen was well-stocked for any essentials we needed. Beds were very comfy and overall the time we spent on Sanibel was enhanced by the accommodations at this VRBO.

Perfect Florida Getaway

Amazing View and excellent accomodations!

We had such a great time and the condo was just beautiful. As advertised it really does have one of the best views of any condo we have ever stayed in! It was also appointed with everything we needed for a great and relaxing week! We love Sanibel and this was our first time staying at Pointe Santo. Beachfront beauty

This condo is in the perfect location and beautifully updated as well. We have stayed at several condos at Pointe Santo and found E36 to be the best outfitted condo - both in terms of comfort and amenities. A well-stocked kitchen, several books, movies and games and the true beachfront view - fantastic!

Great location and property!

Everything is as advertised, excellent location and an immaculately kept condo! VIP is the best, they're fast and efficient with all inquiries and any issues. The beaches in Sanibel and Captiva are amazing. The only downside is sand flees... Bug spray is a must.

This property has the most amazing view at the beach and makes it so easy to run back and forth throughout the day. Al was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Anything you might need has been considered and is at hand. I highly recommend this property and I can't wait to visit again!

Amazing condo and view!!!

This was our first time renting a condo at Pointe de Santo and we are glad that we did. E36 is absolutely beautiful. Obviously recently updated and tastefully decorated. Had everything that we needed and more. The view from the lanai is breathtaking! I would highly recommend this property. The pool is very nice and there were lounge chairs for our use on the beach which many places don’t have. It is also in a great location on the island. We look forward to staying at E36 again and again!

2nd visit in 12 months!

We liked it so much, we had to come back! Pointe Santo Sanibel is our favorite location to stay on Sanibel Island. E36 is our favorite unit at Pointe Santo. As always, a wonderful view and a nicely appointed condo. Plus, it's a great price for all that you get! Since our last visit, we noticed a few upgrades including plush bath towels, soft sheets, and beach towels provided! See you again soon, E36!

Sanibel Shells and Sun

Nothing but good things about our stay at this Sanibel condo. The only thing you need to bring are your belongings and groceries. Honestly! Kitchen is fully stocked. There are even coolers, beach chairs, umbrella. Shovel for umbrella too, boogie boards, beach towels. Thanks for everything Al.

Great vacation!

The condo and service was everything that was promised. We had family stay in another condo in the same building at the same time. While both condos were very nice, ours blew the other away with all the little things that they thought of. It had everything in the kitchen that you would need plus beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, kids toys, board games, puzzles and much, much more. Al was great to work with and did everyting to ensure our vacation was great. If you are searching for a condo on Sanibel, you can stop looking!

Stunning Views and Luxury Accommodations

This beautiful beach-front condo is perfect for a Sanibel Island vacation! The tasteful decor and furnishings provide a real beachy feel. Everything is up-to-date including a beautiful granite and stainless-steel kitchen and comfortable sleeping accommodations. The sound of the waves gently lapping the beach are so soothing while relaxing or eating meals on the screened-in balcony with an unbeatable Gulf view! The beach is only steps away where you can swim, take leisurely walks, find plentiful sea shells, or sun bathe. Sunsets are simply gorgeous! The complex also features a welcoming pool area. Everything you need is right here!

We love E36!!

What a joy - this clean, updated and well-appointed condo was the prefect retreat for my husband and I and our son. It can sleep well more people, but it was ideal for us. Super easy access to the beach, great kitchen ready to cook, so many thoughtful additions like beach towels, nice chairs and umbrella, boogie boards and so much more. The best parking spot in the complex and so easy to load in and out. Jim the property manager was always available, but never needed. We have been going to Pointe Santo for years now, and this was by far our favorite spot. Beautiful beach & water views, quiet spot, nicely furnished and well cared for.

This condo is absolutely amazing!

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! It had everything we needed and plenty more. The newly upgraded kitchen and master bath were awesome. The condo was immaculate, very attractive and very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, so laundry time was kept to a minimum (I have never heard a washer as quiet as the one in this condo). The owner was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We couldn't ask for more. I honestly cannot think of anything negative about this unit, or anything that can be improved. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!!

We fell in love with its unspoiled beauty--miles of sand beach with Sanibel's fabulous shells and birds plus the thrill of seeing Dolphins close to the shore. The sounds you hear from the lanai are the waves meeting the shoreline. Very relaxing.
