The space
If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, look no further. As soon as you walk in this spacious cabin, you will experience a feeling of calm and peace. Located on a 20 acres lot, this cabin is surrounded by nature. There are plenty of rocking chairs on the porch to read, sip on coffee (included with your stay), or just sit and be. Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping in the distance, or sit at night on the porch, and enjoy the sounds of frogs, and watch as the deer walk by in a sea of fireflies. At night, there are millions of stars to observe. Eventually drift off to sleep and dream!

Other things to note
The cabin is located 25 minutes north east of Durham, 40 minutes north west of Wake Forest and 50 minutes north of downtown Raleigh.

We don't have access to cable TV or a TV antenna, however the living room and loft TVs are equipped with ROKU devices with access to the cabin WiFi. The cabin now has high speed internet! There is also a DVD player in the living room and a library of movies and TV shows to select from. Puzzles, board games and books are also available during your stay.

Cell phone signal can be spotty. The WiFi in the cabin can be selected to access full cell phone service. Prior to booking, be sure that your phone will accept this feature. The feature can be found in settings, called "WiFi calling".

The property is located within 5 miles of 2 beautiful wedding venues making it a perfect place the the bride and groom, or family visiting from out of town.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home cooked meals.

Maximum number of adult guests is six (6). Children under 6, please inquire.

Please no pets, no parties, gatherings, conferences, celebrations or reunions allowed.

This is a non smoking property.

The Host can cancel your booking at any time if the house rules are violated.

No wood is provided for the fireplace.

Guests have access to the entire cabin, except for the garage and 2 closets.

Exterior security cameras are located above the garage door, at the door bell, on the porch and in the backyard.
