Central 3BR Suite w/ Pond View & Luxe Amenities

Modern, spacious suite allows for creative space and relaxation in the heart of Vancouver. Features a large patio with easy access to fresh air and views overlooking the local ducks in our courtyard pond. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, small closet with hangars, and full ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen sized bed with storage drawers underneath, and a large closet; the third bedroom has a double bed and office desk with drawers for storage. The living room couch is new and has a pull out double bed with new memory foam mattress.

Close to many great shops, restaurants, a neighbourhood park, the Seawall, and a Skytrain to the airport. Common areas include a pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. Parking is included!

Other details to note:

This unit can accommodate up to 8 people. However, 6 adults is the maximum.

Depending on the season, we may not approve booking requests that leave a one night vacancy before or after the request. Please inquire about 2-night bookings. Minimum 4-night bookings are required during the Christmas/New Years holiday unless approved otherwise.

Check-in time is between 4:30 pm - 10 pm. If guests need to check-in after 10 pm they MUST talk with the host well in advance, as arrangements will need to be made if we can accommodate.

If you require a pack and play we have one that must be reserved in advance. It is based on availability.

Pets are not allowed unless authorized by the owner prior to check in. Service animals are only permitted when assisting someone with a disability.

We have one secured underground parking spot included with this rental. The parking spot can fit a small to medium sized vehicle.

We had such a great stay. The condo was clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed. I really appreciated how well thought out the condo was. It was the small things, like having basic condiments, tea, coffee, and laundry pods available. Even tissues where you needed them and a sweet eye mask gift in the king bedroom. There was plenty of comfortable seating, the wi-fi was fast and I loved having a separate bathroom from my teenagers. The parking was a little tight, but we only had a car for the last few nights we were there so it wasn't a bother. We never got around to the pool, it was cold and rainy during our stay in Vancouver and once we were dry, swimming was unappealing but there were even pool towels available for us under the sink in the bathroom if we needed them.Mei-Ling was a communicative and gracious host.The only downside, and it wasn't an issue for us because we live in a big city, was the noise from the nearby public transit trains. It wasn't disruptive but if it was quiet it was noticeable.We would 1000% stay here again!

Great place in a great location. Perfect for our family's short stay in Vancouver to attend a family function. A block away from the hockey arena, and extremely close to grocery stores and many restaurants. The space was clean, well appointed and as described. Parking spot a definite bonus. Mei-Ling was super responsive and helpful before and during the trip. Highly recommend!

Six adults stayed in the apartment and all felt that the third "bedroom" was not as comfortable as the other two bedrooms. It was really quite small.Other than that, the space was very nice.

The condo was immaculate and well furnished. It had everything we needed. We loved sitting outside on the patio. Parking was convenient and secure. The neighborhood was a little dicey at night, but the condo building itself was a secure and well-maintained haven. Mei-Ling was a pleasure to work with.

Loved our stay here, and comms with the owners was friendly and efficient. The property was large considering it was in a downtown area of a major city. The beds were comfortable and rooms were modern and cool in the summer.My only slight note of caution for parents of young families is the proximity to some of the more socially challenged urban areas - I need to be clear here, at no point did we feel unsafe, threatened or intimidated but given the significant number of obvious drug addicts in the area I had some awkward questions from my 8 year old daughter which i didn't foresee. Again, I can't fault the owners or the rental, and I've since read up on the scale of the drugs issue in Vancouver, just something to consider if you're travelling with little ones who might not be used to seeing inner city issues.Overall a great stay, a great city, and great comms with owners. Thank you.

Very nice condo and good downtown location. Great communication from owner made arrival and check in easy. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Building and parking was very secure. As noted, the parking spot is small, so once we squeezed our vehicle in, we left it in the parking garage and walked and Ubered during our stay. Walked/ran at False Creek. Biked around Stanley Park. Dined and shopped on Water Street. Wonderful stay.

We had two couples and a child and the layout was perfect for us with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The balcony with the pond view was lovely and the pool/hot tub was a great amenity. The kitchen and cookware and grill were awesome - we cooked breakfast every day and did dinner once. The supermarket was right across the street. Best of all, the location was right by Gastown and Chinatown with easy public transit access to Stanley Park and Granville Island.

Great apartment

Really nice place and extremely communicative and accommodating owner. Location is decent - lots of restaurants and easy to walk places.Having never been to Vancouver before, I would not stay in this area again - especially with kids. There are LOTS of homeless people with drug problems and it is very in-your-face. I've been to NYC, DC, Baltimore, Boston, etc. This area has the worst drug problem I've ever seen.We traveled to other areas of Vancouver that were very nice and clean and would look to stay in those areas in the future.

Excellent stay in Vancouver

Stayed here for 6 nights with my family. Great location, close to Roger’s Center, BC Place and Downtown. Excellent amenities including patio, BBQ, washer & dryer, etc. Excellent communication by the hosts, would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Very clean and well-appointed apartment near Vancouver's Chinatown. Walking distance to several great grocery stores and many good restaurants. Also an easy walk to the boat taxis to get to Granville Island.

Great location!

Location was great, close to skytrain stations and walkable to most places. Property was bright, clean and had all the basics our family needed and more. Host was pleasant, great at communication ( i.e quick to respond to questions/ queries) and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Vancouver next time.

Fantastic location and quiet

Had a wonderful stay - great communication and while it lacks the views of many of the high rises, you get quiet sleeping environment and walking distance from Rogers Arena and so many great restaurants. Well stocked kitchen as well as a Chinese market across the street. Wonderful aray
