This custom designed loft has the perfect mix of elegance and comfortability: ideal for a couple's retreat, a family visit, or a business trip. The suite is close to many great shops and attractions as well as Rogers Arena, BC Place, Vancouver Convention Centre, the Sea Bus, and the Skytrain to the airport. We are located in the entertainment district so there are acclaimed restaurants and bars all around us and weekends can get noisy from the street and music in the area.

Other details to note:

Depending on the season, we may not approve booking requests that leave a one night vacancy before or after the request. We also may not approve two night weekend bookings that are requested more than two weeks in advance, especially in the high season we require 3 night bookings on weekends. Minimum 4 night bookings are required during the Christmas/New Years holiday, unless approved otherwise.

The unit is located on the second floor - there is no elevator.
The loft stairs inside the suite are steep and open. Not recommended for younger or unattended children, or anyone with mobility challenges.

If you require a pack and play, we have one that must be reserved in advance and is based on availability.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge in the area. We have access to a secure parking spot that is close by for guests who are interested. The cost is $20-25 per day depending on availability. If you are interested in this, please let us know as soon as possible as it does take time for us to arrange.

Pets are not allowed unless authorized by the owner prior to check in. Service animals are only permitted when assisting someone with a disability.

Late check-outs (not pre-arranged) will incur a $60 per hour fee, min one hour.

A $30 fee is charged for lost items that we return mail to guests.

Changing/unplugging or removing cables from the AV equipment is strictly prohibited; a rewiring fee may be incurred.

No candles of any kind are allowed in the suite.
