Our customer service team is here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.

We’re happy to be contacted via phone or through the booking platform before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You have access to every area of the home. Please only enter the utility room to find spare chairs. If there is any kind of mechanical issue with the home please reach out to us first barring any kind of emergency.

When you first lay eyes on the Bailey Lodge you will be wowed. You will first notice its prominence while also admiring the architecture of the property. As you walk up the stairs to the front door you will see that the balcony to the left wraps along the east facing side of the home offering ample space to gather outdoors. (Some patio furniture will be put into storage for the winter months.)

After stepping in the front door you will see a half bathroom and when you walk through the corridor up to the kitchen, past the laundry room, you will find yourself welcomed in a vast living room, dining room and kitchen area. The vaulted ceilings, well appointed furniture and massive windows provides a space that allows you to connect with your loved ones while being immersed in the gorgeous views that Bailey Colorado has to offer. If you desire to let more light in or want to tone it down, the windows in the home have custom electronic shades that can easily be adjusted with remote controls.

The living area is equipped with a 70-inch TV and a large 6-person couch of which most of the couch can recline, if you’re not in the mood for TV, the fireplace is the perfect setting for a conversation or some reading.

The kitchen is one of the crown jewels of The Bailey Lodge. It is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware needed to prepare anything your appetite desires. The dual oven and range is equipped with 6 burners that give you the right amount of heat and control. It also comes equipped with a large capacity oven and a second smaller oven for everyday use. Refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher are all state of the art and ready for use. We also have provided a coffee grinder, French press and combination Keurig/drip coffee maker to suit any of your coffee needs! Other important features in the kitchen include a microwave oven drawer and well appointed sink. The large stone countertop island makes it a fun place to gather and also a highly enjoyable place to prepare a meal.

Walking past the fireplace in the living room you will enter the primary suite. You will first notice the comfortable king size bed. To the left is a reading nook area with sliding glass doors facing the mountainous views from the balcony. To the right of the bed you will pass 2 large walk in closets and enter the magnificent primary bathroom. You can either shower with the multiple horizontal jets or use the waterfall style shower head. If you are in the mood for a bath you can utilize the gorgeous bathtub that also has its own views as well. The lighting above the sinks can also be dimmed and there is ample room and space for two people to have their own sinks.

Going back into the living room and dining area you will see a staircase leading to the private loft bedroom and office. There are 2 large window areas facing both the south and east side of the home. On a clear day it's possible to see the snow capped peak of Mt. Evans. This room is equipped with a queen-sized bed and a full sized desk for any of your remote working needs.

Descend to the lower level of the home and discover an incredible entertainment area that promises endless fun and relaxation. Sink into the comfort of a spacious wrap-around couch, perfect for cozying up as you enjoy the company of loved ones. Engage in friendly competition with a high-quality shuffleboard set, proudly made in the USA. For those seeking a touch of excitement, transform the game table into a card or poker table for lively game nights. Enhance the vibrant atmosphere with your favorite tunes using the portable speakers provided.

Step outside onto the patio, where the inviting 6-person hot tub awaits. To ensure your utmost comfort, we have thoughtfully provided ample beach towels for your convenience. Sit back in the comfortable outdoor seating and enjoy the warmth from the fire table. Immerse yourself in outdoor entertainment with games such as corn hole and a brand-new putting green. Create unforgettable memories in this entertainment haven!

Moving back inside past the game table you will find a full bathroom. There is a tub in the bathroom which is helpful for children’s bathing needs. To the right of the bathroom you will see a bedroom that comes equipped with 2 queen-sized bottom bunks with 2 twin upper bunks. This room provides ample sleeping space for larger sized groups. To the left of the bathrooms you will find another bedroom with a large king-sized bed and lots of natural light.

***IMPORTANT*** Please be advised that this home is located on a sloped road on an elevated property. All guests must have 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are required to access the home, especially in the winter and during rough weather conditions. We are not responsible for vehicles getting stuck or having issues accessing the property. Thanks for your understanding!

For guests staying from late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.
