Our customer service team is here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.
We’re happy to be contacted via phone or through the booking platform before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You have access to every area of the home. Please only enter the utility room to find spare chairs. If there is any kind of mechanical issue with the home please reach out to us first barring any kind of emergency.

Just ten minutes from downtown Bailey and less than an hour from Denver, the home offers both peace and easy access to hiking, fishing, dining, and entertainment.
Outdoor living
The wraparound deck is the centerpiece of the property, framing unobstructed 360-degree mountain views. Comfortable dining and lounge seating create an inviting space for morning coffee or evening meals grilled on the BBQ. A fire pit glows against the night sky, while the private hot tub provides a year-round retreat after days spent exploring. For daytime fun, the backyard features a brand-new putting green and cornhole set, along with open space for gathering and enjoying the fresh alpine air.
Living spaces
Inside, the great room is designed around the views. Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, while a reclining sectional and gas fireplace make it equally suited for cozy evenings. A 70-inch Smart TV anchors movie nights, and the lower-level entertainment area offers shuffleboard, a convertible poker table, and classic board games. With two spacious living areas, the home comfortably accommodates both group gatherings and quiet retreats.
Kitchen and dining
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals. A six-burner dual oven range, granite countertops, and premium appliances provide everything needed for group dining. The large island with seating for four and a full dining table make shared meals a natural part of the stay. Coffee lovers can choose between a French press, drip machine, or Keurig to start the morning.
Sleeping arrangements
Four thoughtfully designed bedrooms provide restful accommodations for up to twelve guests. The primary suite includes a king bed, spa-inspired ensuite with a soaking tub and multi-jet shower, and direct deck access. A second king bedroom, queen room, and bunk room with two queen lower bunks and twin uppers provide flexibility for families and larger groups. A lofted bedroom features a queen bed and a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work with inspiring mountain views.

***IMPORTANT*** Please be advised that this home is located on a sloped road on an elevated property. All guests must have 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are required to access the home, especially in the winter and during rough weather conditions. We are not responsible for vehicles getting stuck or having issues accessing the property. Thanks for your understanding!
For guests staying from late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.
***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Guests are prohibited from unplugging the Wi-Fi modem or disturbing the Wi-Fi system as this may cause damage to the unit. Unplugging or tampering with the Wi-Fi system will result in a minimum fine of $150. The smart devices in this home heavily rely on Wi-Fi to properly function.

Summer: Our mountain home DOES NOT have air conditioning during the summer months. However, the cooler temperatures and low humidity in Colorado make A/C less necessary in this area. Instead, the home has various windows that can be opened and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas to provide ventilation and air circulation.
Winter: Snowfall can vary during the winter months. For guests staying during late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. No weddings or events are allowed at this time.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
Exterior cameras: For safety and security purposes, we have 3 cameras on the outside of the property. The cameras monitor the front door, the main upstairs deck, and the hot tub area. There are absolutely no cameras inside the property
