You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure. We’re happy to be contacted via phone or through the booking platform before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You have access to every area of the home. Please only enter the utility room to find spare chairs. If there is any kind of mechanical issue with the home please reach out to us first barring any kind of emergency.

With room for up to 12 guests, the home offers four bedrooms and seven beds designed for comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes a king bed, a reading nook, access to the deck, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a multi-jet shower. Additional sleeping spaces include a second king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room featuring two queen lower bunks and twin uppers, making it simple for families or groups to unwind together.
Living spaces
Large windows and vaulted ceilings frame panoramic mountain views in the main living area, where you can gather on the reclining sectional for movie nights on the Smart TV or enjoy the warmth of the indoor fireplace. On the lower level, a comfortable entertainment area invites relaxed evenings with a custom shuffleboard and a convertible card and poker table, as well as board games for low-key fun.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and spending time together, complete with a 6-burner dual oven range, generous counter space, and a large island with seating. A spacious dining table nearby makes it easy to share meals or linger over conversation. A coffee maker, hot water kettle, and other essentials are included for convenient mornings.
Outdoor living
Set on 40 private acres, the property offers a peaceful place to connect with the landscape in every season. The wraparound deck features dining and lounge seating for enjoying the fresh mountain air, along with a BBQ grill and a fire pit for cool-weather evenings. A putting green and yard games such as cornhole add outdoor fun, while the hot tub provides a soothing place to unwind with views of the surrounding terrain.

All guests must have 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are required to access the home, especially in the winter and during rough weather conditions. We are not responsible for vehicles getting stuck or having issues accessing the property. Thanks for your understanding!
For guests staying from late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.
WIFI: Guests are prohibited from unplugging the Wi-Fi modem or disturbing the Wi-Fi system as this may cause damage to the unit. Unplugging or tampering with the Wi-Fi system will result in a minimum fine of $150. The smart devices in this home heavily rely on Wi-Fi to properly function. Instead, the home has various windows that can be opened and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas to provide ventilation and air circulation.
Winter: Snowfall can vary during the winter months. For guests staying during late October through late April, we recommend driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.
No weddings or events are allowed at this time.
