Newly furnished and professionally decorated in 2024, this beautiful 5 bedroom / 5.5-bathroom home has everything you want for your next St. Simons Island vacation. Featuring stunning views of the marsh, this home is a short distance to beaches, shopping, and dining. Guests will enjoy the private pool (which can be heated upon request for a minimal daily charge) with an outdoor kitchen and sitting area opening directly to the pool. Watch the kids swim from the shade with ceiling fans while still enjoying the outdoors. Guest also enjoy the addition of the expansive yard to the north of the property. This area is a great opportunity for guest to get the whole family together for picnic's, soccer, kickball and many other outdoor activities. There is ample parking in front of the home and parking in the grass is prohibited.
The open floor plan offers the perfect place to relax, watch a movie, or gather! The fully renovated, chef's kitchen is stocked with everything an epicurean might desire. The large dining table seats up to 8, two bar spaces offer seating for an additional 4 and 3 guests. Select a classic drip or a Keurig style coffee maker for morning brews. Adjacent the kitchen, you will find a bonus room with large TV and sofa sleeper for the additional guests. The kitchen has direct access to the back porch space and pool area where guests will enjoy using the Weber gas grill to prepare their favorite surf and turf meals. Adjoined to the kitchen find a large butler pantry and a half bath.
An oversized primary suite offers a king size bed, large walk-in closet soaking tub and a large walk-in shower. Just off the primary bedroom, find a desk and workspace, if you must while you are on vacation.
Upstairs find an additional office area, sitting spot with access to the front balcony, and four additional bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are decorated with coastal flare and offer 2 twin beds in each. A third bedroom offering a King bed is oversized and considered a second primary suite; complimented by a large walk-in closet, vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom offers a King size bed as well as direct access to the front porch and marsh views. Each of the bedrooms offer large TV’s in addition to the living room, bonus room and outdoor entertainment area.
This property will accept one small dog under 20 lbs for a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Please note that this rule is strictly enforced and additional pets will not be accepted.
Pool has option to be heated for a minimum of 3 days at $75.00 daily.
Please note that this property does have a doorbell camera for security purposes.
During the summer season, this residence requires a 7-night minimum stay and may require a specific check in day of the week.
