Our cozy 2-Bedroom Apartment is within walking distance of the Ocean Casino, beach, and boardwalk. The Atlantic Bungalow is located in the Uptown Inlet area of Atlantic City - one of the quietest and most residential parts of town. Come experience our unique and modern minimalist oasis perfect for a small family or a night out with friends. Relax at this unique and cozy tranquil getaway sitting close to all of Atlantic City's greatest attractions!

The Space:
Beautiful 1st floor, cozy two-bedroom apartment, just a few blocks from the beach. Bedroom 1 features a queen size bed and bedroom 2 features two queen size beds.

The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa for guests and a single sleeper on the end. The unit has all the amenities you could need, including comfortable clean linens, towels, an iron and ironing board, shower products, high-speed WiFi, a full kitchen with all working appliances + much more to provide you with the most comfortable stay.

The living room has a Roku TV for your convenient use, providing access to all your favorite TV apps such as Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video, etc.

There is a renovated bathroom with a custom shower, fixtures, and more. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, basic cookware, and a coffee machine.

Parking will be available in the back of the building and there is also free street parking out front.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire two-bedroom apartment to themselves. Guests enter the building through the front entrance, 1A is on the first floor. There is keyless entry and you will be provided with the door code on the day of check in.

Walk to the beach, bay, playground, and attractions like Absecon lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, and Gardener's Basin for boat tours.

The Neighborhood:
The Atlantic Suites is situated near the Absecon lighthouse and right by our favorite part of town - Gardner’s Basin (check out the AC Aquarium and restaurants!). Beach and boardwalk access within 5 minutes of walking both north and east. Restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance.

Getting Around:
We have parking available in the back of the building for your car when you arrive. You can also park right in front of the building where there is plenty of free on-street parking. *When you travel around the city, parking in Atlantic City is generally very easy, cheap, and accessible.

THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY!
Please know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation!
All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra. Here is the list of what is provided per stay:
Bed linens
Bath towels
Hand towels/rags
Shampoo + conditioner & body wash
Toilet paper
Hand soap & dish soap
Laundry pods (detergent)
Limited number of trash bags

One roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (plus 1 extra) are provided. You will need to provide your own for the rest of your stay.

Dish soap, hand soap and laundry soap (where applicable) will be provided in moderation – You may need to purchase more for the rest of your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, mixing bowls, salt & pepper, coffee maker and filters etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils etc.

**We also do not provide beach essentials such as beach chairs, towels, or umbrellas.

HOUSE RULES:
A copy of the house rules are posted at each home. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund:

GENERAL:
Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM every day. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep music, loud voices, and shenanigans down to a minimum!
No prom groups
No bachelor parties
No more than 6 guests (You CANNOT allow anyone outside of the booking party to stay at the house.)
No smoking; If ANY sign of smoking is found in the home, the security deposit is automatically forfeited along with additional cleaning costs to be incurred by the renter.
If we are made aware that there are more guests than the agreed upon number, guests will be immediately subject to eviction.

SMOKING POLICY: Our home is non-smoking. If smoking outside, please smoke away from the house, not on the deck or patios. Cigarette butts need to be kept in a container and disposed of properly. There will be a $100 charge for any butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home.

PET POLICY:
We only allow dogs for a $150 fee. There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property.

CLEANING POLICY:
If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense.

CHECK-IN:
Check in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Upon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.

CHECK OUT:
Check out time is strictly 10:00 am. We allow late checkouts for a $125 fee. Failure to pay this fee with a late check out will result in an automatic charge of 1 extra day stay (amount differs per property but is a minimum of $125.00). If housekeeping arrives prior to your departure and has to leave and come back there will be an automatic charge of $100.

Please be advised that it is important to remember all of your belongings during your stay. In the event that you forget any items, we will gladly mail them back to you. However, please note that a $25 shipping fee will be charged for this service. Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from ordering packages during your stay. If you do choose to receive any packages, please request that a signature is needed so you assure you get your package! Thank you for your understanding.

Interaction with Guests:
We live off-site but are available via text/call/Airbnb messenger 24/7. We have a property manager and maintenance team in place, ready to address any and all of your needs in a timely manner!
