Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. Newly updated and furnished, this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is perfect for a retreat.

Cozy up in the comfortable living room, enjoy a meal in the open and spacious kitchen, or savor the outdoor space. Take a stroll to the beach and boardwalk in less than 10 minutes from the home to enjoy the best Atlantic City has to offer. Tropicana Casino is less than a 5 minute walk. There are also many famous local eateries located close to the property.

FRONT EXTERIOR:
-In the front of the home there is a deck with chairs to relax outdoors and enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail.
-Please note that to enter the home there is a flight of stairs to the upper deck and front door.

LIVING ROOM:
-Roomy with a comfortable couch and large Smart TV (There is no cable for the TVs, only streaming apps).

DINING AREA:
-There is a table to seat 8.

KITCHEN:
-Large open concept kitchen stocked with new appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure.

BATHROOMS:
-1 Full Bathroom off of the kitchen.
-1 Full Bathroom in upstairs hallway.

BEDROOM 1: 2 Queen Sized Beds
BEDROOM 2: 1 King Sized Bed w/ Smart TV
BEDROOM 3: Bunk Beds- the bottom is a full and the top bunk is a single.

Each bedroom has comfortable and freshly cleaned linens.

BACK DECK:
-The back deck is a wonderful space to enjoy the outdoors.
-There is a table with seating for 8.
-There are sun loungers, ideal for tanning or just soaking up some sun.

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire home.
-There is a studio apartment on the ground level with it's own separate entrance.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses.

KEYLESS ENTRY:
There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
-There is a two car driveway for guests to use.
-For extra vehicles, you will be provided with 1 residential parking permit to use in areas that have time restricted parking signage.
-You may block the driveway & park on the street with displayed parking permit.
-$50 fee for unreturned parking permits upon check out.
-Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
-We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

ADDITIONAL PARKING:
-There is ample street parking. There is also a parking garage at Stockton University and Tropicana, both less than 5 minutes from the home.
-There are several paid parking lots and meters in the area, and we will provide you with information regarding using the lots with your check-in information.

MAIL:
-Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property.
-If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options.
-We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:
-Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic.

SECURITY:
-The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.
-There are Ring Cameras in the front & back exterior.

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "Big Deck Energy", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

Nice place and great location to Casino minus the Cockroaches
Overall, it is a nice house within close walking distance of bars, casino and restaurants. I would be cautious staying there until they can confirm there aren't any cockroaches though. We spotted a few roaches within 30 minutes of checking in, notified the property management company but little was done to address the issue or our concerns. The property company said this is the first they've heard of this but difficult to understand how when the home is split and there are tenants living downstairs. Can't imagine the below tenants haven't reported this already. Their response to our concern about the roaches is "As mentioned in the listing, since we are in a city on a barrier island house holds pests and critters can occur" I would have never booked had I known there was a roach infestation.
