Ski Bowl Condo Great Views. Just Steps from Tahoe Donner Ski Hill

Location, location, location! This nicely updated three-bedroom condominium sits a short (one-minute) walk to the ski slopes of Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area. The condo sits at the end of the building and the views out of the big windows are lush greenery and beauty. The condo also sits adjacent to Alder Creek and it is wonderful to hear the water flow bubbling over rocks and branches. This spot is a perfect location to bring friends and family together!

You’ll be able to enjoy easy access to Tahoe Donner skiing in the winter. The condo is easy walk to the lift, so the kids (and everyone) can easily come back for lunch. In the summer you are in the middle of fun biking and hiking trails, as well as the Tahoe Donner Beach and all the great Tahoe Donner amenities (details below).

The condo is on the second floor of the building (hence the great views!) with external stairs up to the front door. The condo’s main floor has a living room, couch, coffee table, TV, pellet stove fireplace and windows filled with natural light. The open kitchen is adjacent to the living room, as is an enclosed outdoor deck with a small table for dining.

The kitchen has everything you need for some fun home-cooked meals including updated kitchen cabinets and appliances. The dining table and breakfast bar each seat four. The kitchen has a toaster oven, coffeemaker, blender, dishwasher and full refrigerator.

On the upstairs landings there are three bedrooms and two updated bathrooms, one with a washer dryer. The bedrooms are King, Queen and the Bunk Room. The second landing has the Bunk Room with a full bottom bunk, a twin top, plus an extra twin bed in the room. The queen room and bathroom are also on the second level.

The third landing is an open space seating zone, good for reading or relaxing. It is a good spot to work if you are on a little remote work getaway. The area has games, books and other wonderful distractions. The condominium‘s top landing holds the king bedroom and a bathroom. Both bathrooms have bathtub/ shower combos.

When you enter the condo there is a small mud room great for stashing boots, skis, hiking boots and other fun toys and gear for your time in the mountains.

*Tahoe Donner Amenities: The Trout Creek Rec Center is several miles down Northwoods Blvd so you will have to drive there. Vacation Rentals Guests do not have access to the Ski Bowl HOA amenities or pool.

*As part of your rental, you will have 2 guest passes. Each pass allows up to 4 guests per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children's play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Guest access fees are currently $17 per person per day. Children 7 and under are free.

PROPERTY NOTES
* There is an exterior camera monitoring the front entry stairs and mud room.* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
