Guest access cards: 6 issued per property for amenities; $100 charge per card missing at checkout.

Guest access fees apply per person per day for clubhouse amenities; rates vary by activity. Children under 3 stay free.

For winter, snow tires and 4‑wheel drive or all‑wheel drive required; recommended to carry chains.

Outdoor furniture and grill may not be available November‑May.

🌊 Pool / Spa Renovation Notice

Trout Creek Recreation Center pools and spas are closed for renovation from September 2, 2025 for approximately 3.5 months. During this time the Northwoods Pool remains open (weather permitting through Oct 10). Tahoe Donner members and guests receive locals’ pass discounts at TDRPD pool with valid ID.
