The location and the Ocean Manor hotel itself was wonderful. The tiki bar was a perfect place for a family to have a burger or order a pizza right on the beach. It was so nice to walk out past the pool to get right in the sand. You cannot bring your own drinks out. Chairs are available, but for 15 a day. Lots of options with in walking distance. Now the room. It was not much more than a hotel room with a stove top. No oven. There are pictures missing from the wall, you can see the hook. The mirror is hanging crooked but might be because the table has to be pushed so close to it for room. The light in the entry does not work. The globe from the fan is missing. The light switches are opposite. The room came with a dust pan but no broom. You get messages asking you to message if you need anything, but when I asked for a broom it took 2.5 days. They said they would call before they came, but when they finally do come they did not call first, just set it in the entry. A broom is a must on the beach. We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week, I asked if they could give us another, I was told I need to buy my own. I asked the lobby for some, they asked me what room and when they knew they told me they won’t come to that room. Check out is at 10am, the rest of the hotel is 11. My flight was late, so for the hotel to hold my bags they charged 10 pp being this is the room I was coming from. For the convenience of the location, I really did enjoy my stay.

Great location
The building itself was very nice, and especially clean. Everyday we would leave and upon entering, it smelled and looked extremely clean. The room was perfect, it provided everything we needed and was quiet and peaceful. Loved everything and will be back!! Please let us know if you are ever interested in selling!! That’s how much we loved it!

Don’t try to sleep
The door does not seal so all you hear are s doors slamming all night about every fifteen minutes. You can actually hear every time the elevator dings on the other side of the building. Aweful!

The property was alright. Toilet never worked and I had to constantly fill it by hand.
Please fix the toilet. It’s not enjoyable filling the tank by hand or having to go to the outside bathroom by the pool at all hours of the night. The hallways is also never cleaned and the neighbor were extremely loud.

This property was great for location and also is a nice property. At arrival the code that was sent to our phone and the room number was incorrect we had to contact Vacasa who host this room to get the right room information took about 20 minutes. The room is nice but could use some updating on the bathroom. The Tiki bar and restaurant located at the condo is so overpriced. One mixed drink using house alcohol is over $15 each. Nothing on the menu at the restaurant that is reasonable in price. Bring your own drinks and food for while you’re at the hotel. Beach was great and clean! The hotel front desk doesn’t help with anything nor can they tell you anything about your reservation. You must contact the number sent to you by Vacasa for any concerns or questions or any problems while at your stay. Overall, a great place and a lot of fun. Don’t forget your own drinks and food as the prices are extremely expensive.

Unit needs work, Wrong unit number given
Unit needs a lot of work; the bathroom door is falling apart along with the bed frame. Unit did not seem very clean. There was no heat in the unit either with temps in the low 40's it was very uncomfortable. We had to call the management number to receive the correct unit number then the door code would not work.

Customer service with Vicasa was horrible, we couldn’t get in our room for over an hour late because they couldn’t get us the correct code, pillows, sheets and bedding were nasty. We have tried to contact Vacasa numerous times and they would reply that they would get back with us and now as we are checked out, we still haven’t heard from anyone. Customer service was HORRIBLE!!!

When we arrived at the property we were given the incorrect access code to the room and had to wait. When we attempted to open the door the bottom of the door jams against the floor and the stripping on the bottom of the door is hanging off. The room is in disrepair and very antiquated. In the Kitchenette there was no spatula and the forks and knives were obviously purchased years ago at either a tag sale or salvage store. The bathroom was extremely antiquated and the cabinet was falling apart. When I attempted to use the shower water from the shower head went spraying all over as the shower head was very old and had been "repaired" incorrectly. There is a door between the room and an adjacent unit that does not fit correctly. When the adjacent tenants turned on their lights our room lit up like daylight and we heard every word they were saying as though they were sitting in our room with us. For the money charged to stay there, it is outrageous.
