Amazing getaway

We have stayed at other ocean manor condos and really enjoy ocean manor. This condo was perfect for my sister and I. It was clean and well appointed. We absolutely loved the balcony. It is not ocean view, but it was better. We could see the city skyline and the intercoastal waterway. Elizabeth was very helpful and made booking and check in a breeze. I would definitely stay again, and highly recommend this property for a fun beach vacation!

Ocean Manor Stay

Elizabeth was amazing! Very easy to get ahold of and so friendly. There were plenty of pillows and blankets for me and my friends to sleep comfortably as well as towels and washcloths for the week. It could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn't too bad at all. We enjoyed the room, tiki bar, and location of this condo so much! We would definitely come back!

The process was easy and convenient.

Elizabeth Mass was the property contact, she made our stay seemless. We had a repair issue which she helped us immediately. She also helped with our early/late arrival and departure. Our stay was a great experience and we will be using Vrbo for our future trips. Again, Elizabeth was the reason our trip was so great. Thank you Elizabeth!!

Elizabeth the contact person returned my 2 calls immediately. The condo is very clean and has so many supplies- like paper products, soap, lotion,etc that one doesn’t expect. The location is perfect and Tiki bar has superb food and drinks. Be sure to take your tv streaming passwords. Bed very comfortable. We will go back, I’m sure

Confusion and property is worn/dated

First of all, I was not allowed to check in on the first day. Elizabeth stated there was an AC issue and the owner put me up in the hotel. Then I moved to the unit the next day. The property was dated and furniture worn not comfortable. They need to reinvest money into the condo.

Good morning William I am so sorry about the A/C causing a delay but these problems can happen we were lucky the hotel had a room for us at this busy time of year. As you can see we have put in a new kitchen and bedroom, our next step is new living room furniture. Things are costly but we should have a new living room this year. Thank you for your review. Property as described.

The unit was as described and pictured. Furnishings and some fixtures pretty dated. The property manager was very quick and good with communication. Valet service was very helpful as it was a very busy stretch of beach area. It costs $18/day, not $10. However, the hotel/condo property seemed very much a party scene. Common areas smelled like multiple kinds of smoke at all times. The floor where the condo was located was all condos, so the hotel staff couldn’t help us when we had issues. There was very loud fighting and/or parties at all hours of the night. We did not feel 100% safe, having small children with me on my own as an adult female.

I’m so sorry you had some uncomfortable moments….our property manager Elizabeth is there to help you with any needs. We just received new furniture and will be posted when l take pictures . Unfortunately we have no control over the prices of parking or the beach. Being a Hotel/condo building you will run into smells of different smoke and noise from vacationers.
