We would definitely stay again! Check in was super easy and punctual. The location was comfortable and had all the necessities to really make it feel like home. I loved the fenced in back yard that gave my kids an area to play and relax safely. The neighborhood was peaceful and clean. All around a great experience!

We loved this house! It is a perfect location and still in a quiet neighborhood. It had plenty of space for 7 of us and the rooms were all adorable. We loved lounging in the living rooms and hanging out in the backyard. We are planning to return to this property again because it was so perfect for a getaway.

Great place to stay and would book again!

Only complaint was that neighborhood was noisy with barking dogs and loud motorcycles. This home was nearly perfect with exception that it does need all new double pane windows.

Great location within Joplin

We rented this place for the D2 National Championships being held in Joplin and the house has everything you could need and is centrally located within Joplin. The interior was modern and comfortable, I cannot recommend this property enough!

A grear place to stay after MGB!

The house has recently been renovated and is very nice, including new appliances. Having a fenced backyard for our dogs was great! Its centrally located with easy access to everything in Joplin!

Great place to stay!

Everything was great! :) cute little house with a nice yard, great for the family getting together. The bedroom with the bathroom in it has a pretty firm bed and the chairs outside needed replaced but those were the only “complaints.” I would absolutely stay there again! Host was super nice and accommodating and everything went super smooth. They provided everything you would need to cook. House was clean and was just as good as it looked in the listing.

Family Reunion Stay

Five adult family members stayed at this home. It was very clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed and central to our destinations around the Joplin area. Owners should update their pictures as there is not a bunk as pictured in the one bedroom. House has 3 queen sized beds, all very comfortable.

Perfect setting

We rented thos space for the week due to having a surgery in town. Perfect location. House layout is adorable. Privacy fenced yard for fur babies and relaxing in the yard. 2 separate living spaces. Host was great with communication and did not bother us at all during ojr stay but made sure we knew how to reach him if we needed him. It was perfect for us.

Family fun stay

Wonderful house. It felt like home away from home. It accommodated everyone comfortable. We enjoy fun times in the yard with the kids and adults. Very spacious. Waking up in the morning making breakfast for everyone was fun. Especially looking out the kitchen window and seeing a family of bunnies in the yard. We had great memories to cherish forever. Family fun

This home has been renovated and you can feel the love and pretty finishing touches everywhere. With that said, there were some minor issues with cleanliness, which management did address. The quality of the mattresses and bedding could be improved The dogs loved the yard, and the location was central for Joplin. But overall the listing was very accurate and we made some wonderful memories with our family. .

Nice property in a pleasant neighborhood

The house was clean and well furnished. I didn't realize we would need to bring toilet paper and soap. I assumed it would be like a hotel with those items supplied. The backyard wasn't usable due to the amount of dog poop left from previous visitors mixed with rabbit droppings. I can understand the rabbit droppings, but dog poop? Management should notice these issues if the property is inspected regularly. I would stay in this home again.

Hi Valerie! We appreciate your honest feedback and will be inspecting the yard more frequently. As far as toiletries, we do provide toilet paper, all soaps and trash bags. I will make sure and mention to our cleaners to leave out plenty for guest use. Other then these few inconveniences, I hope you all enjoyed your stay.

Plenty of space with no big surprises.

Our family of 5 met up with my parents and had just the right amount of space. Had enough living area to have some other family members over to spend time together. (We were all in town for a wedding.) The house is an older one with thin walls and some air conditioning quirks. (It kept the house comfortable enough, but it was loud.) Interior is updated sufficiently to make it comfortable and cozy. Sink in master needs to be addressed- it drains incredibly slow, which was a small inconvenience. One other note- if you have a low clearance vehicle, I would not try parking under the carport as it's quite steep. However, street parking was ample. Overall a great value for the price point.
