The space
We are located in a gated community with a private pool & beach access right in Topsail Island beachfront. Only a few steps to direct beach access. Not too crowded. Conveniently located in Surf City, close to local attractions, military bases, 50 minute drive to Wilmington, and 40 Minutes to Jacksonville, NC.

Enjoy taking diving lessons at the Surf Shop, go on a fun Tiki Boat tour to visit local islands, look for shark teeth on the beach, walk to the ocean pier, explore seasonal farmers & seafood markets and delicious restaurants.

Please help yourself to everything in the condo, and treat our house as your own. We provide welcome snacks, board games, Free Wifi and netflix is available for your convenience. There is a laundry facility on site of the condo complex - yellow building at the front entry. Please bring your own detergent or purchase on site. Everything for your perfect getaway at your fingertips!

Fresh linens/Towels are changed with every stay. (Please indicate total number of guests staying as beds are made per number of guests in the reservation). 1 Large towel and washcloth per guest is normally provided. Bunk bed has 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa has a pullout queen bed. Additional clean blankets, sheets, towels can be provided upon request ahead of time. Pack n Play is available in the closet. We do have a clothing line on the patio to dry swim suits and towels.
(You are welcome to bring your own additional linens/towels. Beach towels are available for an additional fee)

We have pots, pans, slow/rice cooker, keurig machine, tea and coffee pots, , oils, seasonings. Please bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, soap/dishwasher cleaning tablets, additional specialty k-cups, water bottles and any additional food items if desired. We provide starter toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pod and trash bags.

We will allow pets upon request, depending on breed and size. Additional fee applies. Ask for more info.

Grocery/shopping: Surf City Grocery Mart, Neighborhood Walmart, Publix, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Lowes Home Improvement located just minutes away.

Surf City has many local shops, breweries like Salty Turtle and Hopsail. These breweries offer local craft beer, food trucks, live entertainment. Putt Putt just over the Bridge.

Shaka Taco is our favorite place for local carne asada, fish & shrimp tacos and awesome wings! Daddy Mac's Beach Grille offers fantastic ocean views & tasty local seafood.
