The space
Sleeping arrangements are able to accommodate up to four guests. The main bedroom has a king size bed and an attached bathroom with a powder room/half bath for privacy. Additional sleeping arrangements include a pull out sofa. Linens are provided at no additional cost. Wash cloths will not be provided.
Kitchen is complete with utensils, pots/pans, plates, and drinkware. All the comforts of home to make your stay as care free as possible.

Guest access
The entire condo will be all yours. You will have access to the community pool and outdoor showers.

Other things to note
- There is no elevator, and there are 14 steps to the front door.
- Please remember there are people above you.
- Private parking port fits two vehicles or provides great shelter to bring your motorcycle! This ensures easy parking for you during the busy on-season.
- Parking pass provided. Please hang tag in your vehicle to ensure safe tow free parking.
- Pool closes Nov 1st. Opens April 1st pending inspections
- There will be no refunds or reimbursements resulting from weather conditions, travel delays, pool closures or other events out of our control. We highly recommend looking into trip insurance for unforeseen travel interruptions.
