The master suite offers a king-size bed and a private bathroom, while the queen bedroom and a room with two twin beds, along with a twin air mattress, provide ample sleeping space. A propane grill with utensils is also available, along with a short drive to the beautiful beaches.

Explore the nearby attractions, including Sun Splash Waterpark, The Courts of Cape Coral (a 32 court pickleball complex), Saratoga Park, miniature golf laser tag , golf courses, a bowling alley, and shopping centers. These amenities are conveniently located in Cape Harbor, South Cape entertainment district, downtown Fort Myers, Pine Island, and beyond.

During this time of year, you’ll find numerous farmers’ markets nearby, where you can sample local produce and unique food and wine options. Visit Farmer Joe’s for a variety of fresh ingredients and gourmet treats. Take a leisurely bicycle ride through the charming and quiet neighborhood, enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

This pet-friendly home welcomes up to two pets, subject to a nonrefundable pet security deposit. Additional pets are at the owner’s discretion. Parties are strictly prohibited.

Security cameras are strategically placed on the west side of the property, including the garage, garage door, and doorbell. However, there are no cameras inside the dwelling or in the pool area. These cameras are only monitored when the property is unoccupied.
