This stunning Waterfront Home is within minutes to the famous Las Olas Blvd with hundreds of restaurants, shops, and entertainment spots. The beach is a short bike ride away or minutes by car, and the house/neighborhood is excellent for kids and longer stay vacations. This professionally designed property has 3 bedrooms with 2 baths and a luxury kitchen that is very well stocked with everything you can imagine. There are two living areas, a dining area, eat up bar, and a heated salt-water tropical oasis swimming pool with 9 waterfalls. Enjoy the 4K TVs throughout, a BBQ grill, Keurig Coffee/Cappuccino maker and over .25 acres of amazing waterfront green space! Multiple outdoor shade pergolas provide areas to relax out of the sun while still enjoying the peaceful sound of the pool waterfalls. There is an oversized waterfront Tiki Bar for taking in water views and enjoying South Florida’s wildlife! Take advantage of having your own private dock for paddleboarding or kayaking- both provided. Outdoor amenities include a putting green, a professional residential sized bocce ball court and corn hole. Start your mornings with yoga or meditation in our waterfront garden area just to the left of the Tiki bar. The 7-person hot tub is perfect after a long day of South Florida activities!



The house is equipped with luxury furniture, mattresses, linens, towels, and overall décor throughout the entire home. The home offers 1 GIG internet, multiple range extenders for signal, and several workspaces. The multiple patios and pergolas are furnished with luxury furnishings for lounging and enjoying our wonderful weather. There is also a beautiful outside dining area with umbrella. Enjoy coffee in the morning on your own private dock overlooking the canal! Imagine kayaking and paddleboarding from this beautiful private oasis!!

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two bedrooms have king beds(sleeps 2 in each room) the other bedroom has a queen bed and a trundle bunk that sleeps 3 people separately(total of 5 people for this room). The bunks are great for adults, teens, or small children. We also have a very nice high-quality queen-size air mattress(Sleeps 2). Please do not hesitate to ask for any additional information about the sleeping configuration. Home licensed with the City of Fort Lauderdale to sleep 10 adults and children. The home offers four deck/patios- one off the master that is covered, the other on the waterfront for coffee and reading, one overlooking the pool(covered) and another overlooking the pool and canal(covered). The large pool area provides covered dining and lounge seating for 10 guests, and there are several loungers with umbrellas on the pool deck for shade. The beautiful tropical landscaping surrounds the entire property providing excellent privacy. Two Wholefoods, Fresh Market, Winn Dixie, and Publix(Walking Distance) all within roughly 1 mile of the home. Hundreds of restaurants, bars, and boutiques all within proximity of the home.

The Neighborhood:

This location is truly the finest in Fort Lauderdale. Why trap yourself along the beach(very heavy traffic) when you will not spend all your time on the beach? This location provides multiple access points to the beach allowing you to avoid traffic, the luxury of being able to pick from one of three incredible beaches, very close proximity to all of Fort Lauderdale’s best restaurants, bars, galleries, shopping, and Fort Lauderdale’s nicest park is a 2–5-minute drive and consists of tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, jogging trails, exercise stations and much more. The Riverwalk, which is a several mile long path along the Fort Lauderdale New River, is around 10 minutes from the house on bike. You can drive in 5 minutes and park in one of many parking lots. This is an excellent spot for exercising along the river, enjoying outdoor patio restaurants, having drinks, relaxing at one of the many parks, or find a bench and enjoy watching the many Yachts passing through. Wholefoods, Starbucks, and hundreds of restaurants are within less than 1 mile to 2 miles from the house! The area is very quiet, although located in the Downtown area of Fort Lauderdale. Also inquire about Golf Rentals- the area is wonderful to take advantage of a golf rental to see all the local attractions. The excellent location of this home provides three different routes to the beach to avoid traffic during congested times.
