When a guest does not adhere to the published check-out time, it places undue strain on our team and can delay or compromise the experience of other guests who have relied on the promised arrival time. In this instance: Our cleaning crew arrived at 11:00 am as scheduled, and you remained in the home until 11:14. That delay shifted resources and impacted the turnover process for the next guest. While we value that you enjoyed the kitchen and the spacious layout, the late departure and the resulting disruption are not acceptable within our operating standards. Going forward: We will reinforce check-out expectations with all guests and apply stricter enforcement as needed. Our cleaning team’s schedule and the next guest’s arrival deserve equal respect — they are part of how we maintain high standards across all stays.
