Very Convenient Location, well behaved dogs ok (see below for pet requirements) . Just a 18 minutes from the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen beds + master baths. New Smart TVs and furnishings! Just minutes from all the attractions including Dollywood ,outlet Malls and area restaurants.

We accept up to 2 dogs as long as they are low shed. Due to the difficulty this puts on cleaners we prefer the pups not be on the furniture.

There are steps up to the cabin and inside up to the loft area.

We loveed this place!

Location was great and communication was wonderful. My son got hurt a few days before our trip and they worked with us to change our dates with no upcharge. However I did find some stuff left from previous guest though

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Bear. The location was very convenient to everything. The cabin was very clean, comfortable,.and the game room was a lot of fun! We will definitely consider this cabin again.

Perfect Location

This cute little cabin was super close to the volleyball tournament and still off the road enough that you felt like you were in the woods. Neighborhood was super quiet. Cabin was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

This is a beautiful property! The steep driveway and stairs were rough on me but I made it! It was great for my family and my dogs. There isn't much yard for the dogs but the neighborhood made for peaceful, beautiful walks. I will definitely keep this one on my list!

Great little cabin!

Perfect location. Great little cabin. Very convenient to everything. Hot tub was great. A few jets didn’t work but none the less very enjoyable. Plan on coming back and would love to come back to the same cabin!

Great and convenient to dance competition

Perfect cozy cabin

Was visiting for a volleyball tournament at the Sevierville Convention Center. The cozy cabin was the perfect location less than 2-3 mins from the convention center if that. The cabin was very clean, cozy and relaxing. Our teenage son really enjoyed the arcade.

Great memories!

The cabin was so cozy cozy and we felt at home. Great location as we hiked five out of the six days we were there and then spent the evening in the hot tub on the front porch. We also enjoyed playing the video games on the back patio when we were not playing cards on the large dining room table. We would definitely consider coming back to this property.

Great little cabin

We were in town for a wedding that was in White Pine. We wanted somewhere close the venue but also not too far from Pigeon Forge. This place was perfect for our family of 4 plus a tiny fur baby. We ended up not having much time for any fun activities but it didn’t matter the kids wanted to stay in the cabin and play all the arcade games. While my husband and I soaked in the hot tub. This cabin has everything you need in a super convenient location right off the parkway. The entrance is a little off putting but the neighborhood is great!

It worked out great!

the venue, everything worked great, and it was very convenient to the venue. Everything worked great and was very convenient. The host went out of our way to work with us on timing due to games running over and check-out times. Great location if you bring your pet kids with you.

Smokey Mtn Fun!

Fantastic Location, hop, skip & a jump from food & shopping, all the necessities including souvenirs w/o the hustle & bustle. Quaint little space to keep an eye on everyone, didn’t use the upper loft for anything, but enuf space for kiddos to play & overlook living area. Owners were quick to respond to early questions, didn’t require anything during 5 night stay =)

Fun getaway

I would say it was ok. It did lack some things. Only had 5 forks we had to keep washing. Needs some light bulbs. But those are minor things. It would have been nice to have something up on the loft. We live v d the coffee pot and the hot tub. Everything worked well. The arcade room was fun. Maybe some more chairs on the porch.

Birthday Weekend at Soaky Mountain

Very close to the Sevierville waterparks and near pigeon forge but far enough away to not have to constantly be stuck in traffic. Kids loved the arcade room and hot tub. Only small mentions, the arcade smells, especially when it rains, just strong earthy/musty, probably from being built into the side of the mountain. And they have an air purifier to try to help with it. So just FYI, if you're sensitive to that kind of stuff. Also, hot tub is on the front porch. Which was fine for us, but maybe not if someones wanting privacy. Like others have said, entry to the neighborhood is a bit rundown. But it definitely felt like a safe area. The loft could use some sprucing up, not really a usable space. A small pool table would really be a great addition. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip! And would recommend, especially if you want to spend a weekend at the area waterparks!

Quiet, clean, perfect.

This home was super easy to book for first timers. Host was quick to respond. Home was very clean and accommodating for my family of 4 all the way from California! Highly recommended!
