2nd time staying here and loved it each time. place has stayed clean over the years. The most convenient place with children or grandparents and the pools have a restaurant sitting there for easy access. Cant wait for our next trip.

We’ve been visiting the area for years. This unit is hands down the nicest and cleanest unit we’ve ever stayed in. It’s gorgeous! Being on the ground floor was perfect for our family. It was very convenient to be able to walk right out to the pools and beach, and we could still see the ocean from the condo. We’ll definitely be back!

Can’t wait to go back!

Our family had an amazing time staying at Michelle and Alan’s home on Miramar. Beautifully gated property with well kept grounds. The home itself was perfect for us, and well maintained. We loved being able to walk right out the back door to the pool or beach. we loved the trip so much we will be back next year for sure.

I l strive for things to be excellent, but as any homeowner knows, things happen. However, I strive to respond quickly and make things right. (see all other reviews) You called me on Christmas, the HVAC was too warm. I had a service man that could be there within 2 hours of your call on Christmas (he left his family to drive 1.5 hrs to get to you). You refused to answer the phone and he was not able to service you. You continued to continued to text and complain about one thing and then another to both myself and my husband. But when I called you back, you refused to answer your phone. I left my family on Christmas for several hours to take care of you. (which I was happy to - and I thought you would appreciate) This place is beautiful! I did my best to take care of you. I'm sorry to say there was no making you happy. You are either a perpetual complainer or like to beat people up. I called the guest coming after you to let them know that I had HVAC man coming but it would be a few days because of the holiday and gave them an option of staying another place. They were so excited to be coming again! They had been there before. They appreciated me letting them know, but checked the weather and was not concerned. They had a glorious time! (2 different responses under the same circumstances, hmmm...) I am VERY immaculate and attentive to my guests. It saddens me that I was not able to make you happy. Obviously we are not a good fit.

Family Beach Trip

The place was as it was listed. Very spacious and roomy and had everything we needed. The owners were great to work with. Our car broke down and we were hours from home. They helped us find someone to look at it and was willing to let us hang out at the house until we could figure out what to do. The cleaning staff was super nice and offered to drive us to the airport. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for the memories!

Wonderful condo!

We had a great trip to Miremar Beach and we loved renting this condo. It was extremely clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. And the location to the beach and pool can’t be beat! The view to the beach from the condo is beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting on the large patio looking out on the pool and ocean. We hope to be back!

When we purchased this property we planned on spending a week deep cleaning for the season to begin. Before it was over we were there from April to July and replaced all the granite, lighting, electrical plugs and switches, retiled every bathroom and added new walk in showers, put new floors in the 3rd bedroom, purchased new patio furniture, new living room furniture and master bedroom furniture. We have always had fabulous guests that treat our place as their own! Will things happen, absolutely, but our guests are good to let me know!

We have owned in the Tides for 12 years! There is NO better place on the beach! Because we have grandkids, we were thrilled to be able to purchase the only BEACH LEVEL 3 BED CONDO! Little did we know how much that WE would LOVE it! We have enjoyed the beach so much more by being able to walk out the back door and be on the beach! Truly AMAZING!
