While the house was thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival, some wear and tear can be expected in vacation homes, but we have already scheduled a professional carpet cleaning for the property. We always encourage our guests to let us know of any issues during their stay—had we known about the comforter, we would have been more than happy to bring you a fresh one right away. Regarding the incident involving another guest, we want to assure you that there was no double booking. Each reservation is assigned a unique door code, and the guest who approached the property had mistakenly gone to the wrong address despite being provided with the correct location. While this situation was beyond our control, we understand how concerning it must have been and apologize for any discomfort it caused. The home was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. We regret to hear that you encountered cleanliness and maintenance concerns during your stay.
