If you are ready to make lasting memories with your friends and family, get away for a romantic weekend, or just work in a different environment, then this is the condo is for you. Cool Breeze condo is your Port Aransas vacation getaway located in the center of town off Alister and within walking distance of the local grocery store and the famous candy store. Our home is a five-minute walk to many good restaurants and bars are located.

Cool Breeze has a great community pool just a few steps from your deck. Cool Breeze offers a living room with pull out sofa bed, dining table and fully stocked kitchen, so everyone can enjoy time together. We provide only the highest quality linens and soaps. Cool Breeze has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so everyone has their own bathroom. The queen-sized bedroom is nice with lots of natural light. The master king bedroom is at the end of the hallway for privacy. We have a full-size washer and dryer, so you can wash your beach clothes.

We offer a great charcoal grill and grilling area just for your family, plus you can play games while the food is cooking. It’s a great place to get away with your family and friends. There is also plenty of parking for 4 vehicles and we allow boat parking in our driveway. You also have garage access.
