Welcome to Unit 204. Walk in and make yourself comfortable. Large kitchen with new appliances and a spacious dining area for six! Enjoy the smart television from a comfy couch. Going to the beach? We have a private boardwalk for your convenience and two large pools with two large hot tubs. After a long day of surf and sun, enjoy taking a shower in your private master bathroom and relaxing on the queen-size bed. The guest room also has a private bathroom with a queen-size bed. Not ready for bed?
Enjoy the extra-large balcony, having a cocktail, or relaxing in the morning with a cup of coffee. The kitchen is spacious and provides you with the essentials for cooking a meal.

Great stay

The rental and grounds were very well kept. Loved the heated pool and private beach area. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They even had a special treat for guests the morning of check out. Will definitely stay here again!

I spent 4 nights here! Everything you need to relax and getaway!The property was clean, pools were great and clean. The beach access was nice. Bring chairs and beach stuff. Chairs, umbrellas or anything else is not provided.I would stay again!

The condo was roomy and clean providing everything we needed for our week of fishing. The bed; however was awful! A new matress is definitely needed and the toaster doesn't work.

Simple and quiet

We enjoyed our stay here. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to the beach as described.The pools were clean. The rec room and ball courts gave plenty of options for pool and beach alternatives. Nothing fancy, but it's adequate. I thought the online listing showed a beach view from our balcony, but it was obscured. Still, the balcony was huge and a nice spot to enjoy morning coffee. It's a little farther from town than I thought, but still close enough to run to the store if needed. If this place had a restaurant or small bar and grille type of venue, it would be almost perfect.

Beach getaway

The facilities were lovely, from the inside of the condo to the pools and hot tubs to the sports court and rec room. Great beach access, although this stretch of beach allows for cars to drive. A couple elevators were out, but we just got our steps in! Would definitely return.

Great beachfront property. Pool clean. Rooms clean.

Overall had a great stay. The kitchen was small and didn't have a disposal. Shower also very small even for kids. Other than the small bathrooms and kitchen condo living area and outdoor patio were perfect size.

Great stay ♥️

We needed a last minute booking and this place had just gone on the market. We were the first people to stay in this newly remodeled unit and it was great! The unit was well-stocked and very clean. Special considerations were made throughout the unit and we are planning on booking again next year. We have a family of 5 and there was plenty of room to accommodate us all comfortably. Full-size fridge, washer/dryer, commercial Stove, and dishwasher were a major + for our family. The property had two huge pools, two hot tubs, and a small splash pad in the center of the property. The beach was a short boardwalk away and the property had multiple rinsing stations once you can make it back from the beach. The front desk staff were very nice and wanted to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

Alarm went off all night, no help

The booking was paid for under my mother's address and credit card, however I rented the listing under my name, as I needed to assist her with keeping up with all the email confirmations, etc. Anyway, an alarm started to go off in the middle of the night around 9:30 pm according to my mother and sister who stayed the night there, (yes, they were listed as guests), as I had something medical come up. My mother who was staying called the number listed in the room and no one answered. In fact she said she called three times and no one ever answered the number listed in the room. We called the next day and it took until 7/24/24 to get a call back. They are refusing to refund for at least one night because they said it was my name on the reservation even though my mother paid for it and her credit card and address were listed. My mom is the one who paid for the reservation with her card and I am thankful I didn't end up staying the night with my son as we wouldn't have gotten any sleep at all to drive safely home the next day. I feel the name situation is an excuse not to refund at least one night and do not recommend staying there. I keep getting an excuse that they didn't get any phone calls that night and it should have connected to the on call ladies number but my mother never had anyone call her back that night despite leaving a message. They said maintenance was available but they had no way of knowing as no one answered the phone or called back.

Our after hours number has been one of the most reliable means for guest to get ahold of us, even being able to reach us for after hour arrivals. We do appreciate our guest and their reviews.
