One of the four bedrooms features a private ensuite bathroom, offering extra privacy and comfort. Fast high-speed Wi-Fi and a nearly-new AC unit ensure you stay cool and connected throughout your stay.

🏡 Access:

Guests have full access to the home, excluding the garage and a locked owner’s closet.

🏊 Pool & Spa Heating:

Optional pool/spa heat is available for $35/night + tax (must be booked for your full stay). We recommend requesting this at least 48 hours in advance, as heating can take up to 12 hours and operates between 8 AM–8 PM.

Note: Pool equipment may occasionally malfunction or require maintenance. We’ll address any issues as quickly as possible, but please understand that we cannot offer refunds for heating due to weather conditions.

🔥 BBQ Grill Rental:

A gas grill is available to rent, including propane, utensils, and delivery.

Rates: $110–130/week, depending on grill size.
