This well appointed home is located close to places to explore while being in a quiet retreat after a day on the beach! The home has 3 bedrooms made perfectly for families or groups. We worked hard to ensure you would feel right at home, with everything you need at your fingertips.

BEDROOM #2: Queen Bed with brand new mattress!

BEDROOM #3: One FULL over FULL Bunk Bed and one Twin Daybed. Great for those with families, or if you want to squeeze a few more adults in!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Patio furniture inside a screeded lanai, fully enclosed yard, Charcoal BBQ, fire pit with seating for 6 and a complimentary bundle of firewood.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cooking basics, children plates/cups/utensils, toaster, trash bags, dishwasher pods and dish soap/sponge, pots, pans, Tupperware, wine glasses, plates, bowls and cups for 8, knives, baking needs and SO MUCH MORE!

Swimming and use of the pool are done at your own risk. You waive us of any liability by using any part of the pool. If major damage is incurred to the pool during your stay then you will be held financially responsible.

Smoking is not permitted inside, however for smokers there is an ashtray provided for the Lanai and outdoors. Not 420 friendly anywhere on the premises.

Failure to mention pets in your stay will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Also there is a noise curfew of 10pm so please be considerate to your temporary neighbors... They are permanent to us.

Lots of living and outdoor space with cornhole boards!

We were pleasantly surprised with all of the extras, like the coffee bar and toiletries to include toothbrushes because our son did forget his! The cornhole boards were a hit! There was plenty of living space for our two families. This is a quiet, nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spring training tour

This home had everything we needed for a 5 night stay in Clearwater. Open living space with more than enough room for 5 indoors and a relaxing screened porch looking over a nicely landscaped back yard. The dogs loved outdoor space. Neighbours were friendly. Nearby park was great for walking.

Beautiful home in Clearwater, close to everything!

We enjoyed our month-long stay at this well-appointed Vrbo home in Clearwater, Florida. It is a nicely-decorated very comfortable spacious home that could easily accommodate a family or two couples plus children. The fenced-in backyard was beautiful - our dog loved it. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and provided great support. The bed in the second bedroom was also comfortable. We really appreciated being able to park in the large double garage. The enclosed lanai is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy looking out onto the tranquil backyard with its many different trees and shrubs. The weather was too cool to use the above-ground pool, but it sure looked inviting. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to meet Amelia (the host) and her husband and found them to be incredibly kind, friendly and responsive. This is a great Vrbo rental that would satisfy the most discriminating guest.

I have been a Clearwater local for about 6 years now and I love this town! My husband and I have 2 toddlers and a mature Lab/German Shepherd mix... They are my everything, and I try to design the home with them in mind to make it very family and dog friendly!

I love to host parties and gatherings, and my dream as a little girl was to own my own Bed & Breakfast! So this has been a wonderful way of reaching my life goals, and I hope it shows in your stay!

This home was originally meant for my in-laws retirement, as it is close to my own home. Therefore I trust the neighborhood completely, and have ensured that the home is thoroughly taken care of. It is set up with relaxation to be unanimous and to live that classic Florida lifestyle.

It is centrally located near all of Clearwater's sites, and a short 30 min to Tampa and St. Pete as well if you prefer a more robust nightlife.
