The home is all one floor, so everyone can come along on this trip. Enjoy kicking back in the well-furnished living room, decorated with an ocean-inspired theme. The full kitchen features full-size appliances and a dishwasher to help with clean-up (don't worry, there's a Keurig). But the colorful poolside patio might become your favorite spot - it's definitely the prime spot for grilling in the shade. The backyard is enclosed, so no need to worry while you're swimming along in the private pool. Enjoy a board game or a round of giant Jenga! As the sun goes down, enjoy gathering around the firepit or pool bar together. There's room for everyone at this home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
