Other Things to Note:

While the home is equipped to host 12 people, we think that the perfect group size is 8-10. We are happy to host all 12 but keep in mind it will be a little cozier!



🗑 Trash days are on Mondays for recycle, and on Tuesdays for normal trash, we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb the night before or the morning of pick up!



🔥Propane tanks are not refilled between stays, as it is the guest’s responsibility to refill them if needed. If you do refill the tank during your stay, just send us the receipt, and we’ll gladly reimburse you



❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
