THE SPACE

This is a home built for groups and families who want room to spread out without sacrificing togetherness. With 7 beds across 4 uniquely themed bedrooms and space for up to 10 guests, everyone gets their own comfortable retreat after a day of adventures. Each room is designed with care – from the Master Suite with its King bed and Roku TV, to the Beach Room with a Queen, to the Space Room and Florida Groves Room, each with Twin beds. Plus, there's a pull-out bed in the formal living room for additional sleeping flexibility.

Three full bathrooms mean no morning bottlenecks, and with multiple living spaces throughout the home, your group can gather together or split up based on how you're feeling that day.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your crew – complete with cooking basics, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, freezer, and refrigerator. There's a formal dining table that seats 8 and a dine-in kitchen table that seats 4, so whether you're preparing a big family breakfast or casual lunch, you have the space and seating you need. Coffee maker, wine glasses, and cooking essentials are provided.

Universal Studios is equally accessible, along with SeaWorld and all the world-class entertainment that makes Florida famous.

But there's far more to explore than theme parks. A short drive gets you to Florida's beautiful natural springs, scenic parks, and lush preserves – perfect for days when your family wants a break from crowds and thrills. GOOD TO KNOW

Pool & Spa Heating: Optional pool and spa heating is available for enhanced comfort. Pool and spa heating is $35 per day (3-day minimum purchase required); spa-only heating is $15 per day. Heating must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours in advance. The pool heater operates daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, maintaining a target temperature between 82°F and 86°F. Please note that during colder weather (below 55°F), the pool temperature may only reach 70-80°F. The spa heats to 102°F when activated.

House Rules: To maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests and neighbors, we have a few important policies. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests – the number on your reservation must match those on the property at all times. The home is strictly non-smoking inside and in the screened-in pool area. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. We also ask that you clean the grill after each use, turn off the gas when finished, and cover it once it has cooled.

Guest Access: Easy check-in via Yale smart lock. Simply press YALE, enter your code, press the checkmark, and open the door. To lock, press YALE.

Left Something Behind? If you accidentally leave an item at the property, we charge a $25 service fee plus shipping costs to retrieve and return it. This covers the cost of retrieving, packing, and shipping from our location.
