We really enjoyed our stay at the Flemingo. We were visiting family and near a lot of shopping and dining options. The place was clean, stocked with essentials and plenty of space for our big family including a few small children. The game room was fun. Beds were super comfy. Danielle was able to accommodate an early check in (traveled 16 hours and got in slightly early) and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Everything was great.

Sibling stay

Beautiful, clean, and spacious

The home is in a beautiful neighborhood. Very inviting home, spacious, and beautiful. The bedrooms all had very comfortable king beds and all the things you need for your stay. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Will stay again!

My family and I had the best time at The Flamingo. My husband is from the area (the same street, actually). Danielle was fantastic- quick response time and effective communication. The house was clean, neatly furnished, and the master bed was sooooo comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again. 10/10 recommend.

This home is very nice - the best vrbo we have rented.

Host was super quick to reply to any questions we had. Provided all the necessary info for the home as well as kcups for the Keurig and all kinds of teas. She was even so kind to leave chocolates for when we arrived. Highly recommend this home!

Overall we enjoyed our stay!Pros- Nice neighborhood, very comfortable beds, really enjoyed the game room. The keurig went out during our trip and the host was very quick to replace it which we appreciated. Cons- unfortunately there were things left behind from previous guests indoors and outdoors, there were some issues with cleanliness in the showers, under furniture, etc. This was relayed to the host which she nicely stated would be relayed to her turnover crew. Overall a good experience. Thanks for having us!

Family Vacation

The property was exactly as listed. Communication with property owner/management was excellent and very easy. Property was clean and very well kept. This was my first time using a vacation property and the process was extremely easy. I will recommend this property for any family looking for a centrally located, safe neighborhood to enjoy vacation.

One of the best!

One of the best and easiest rentals we’ve done! Check in and check out was a piece of cake. The home is lovely and perfect for our family of five plus our dog! The kids loved the game room! Danielle supplied everything we may need so we didn’t have to run out for any household items. Will be booking again!

Graduation Weekend Stay

My family and I came down from Texas and had an amazing stay at the Flemingo!!! To start off the communication with the staff was beyond exceptional. The home was immaculate and the neighborhood and neighbors were all welcoming. Highly recommended

Loved Our Stay At The Flemingo!

So many nice little touches! We had a wonderful time and were so happy with our choice to stay at this beautiful property. We brought our dog along and were delighted that Danielle (the owner) provided food and water bowls, doggie clean up bags, and even dog treats for our little guy. Indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful and communication from the owner was outstanding! Thank you, Danielle!

Family Wedding

Awesome experience. Clean, easy check-in quick to handle a small need of replacing burned out light bulbs in bathrooms. A very comfortable house with all the amenities you could need including sound machines in all the bedrooms Would definitely stay here again.

Right at Home!

The Flemingo was so close to my parents, we could just walk back and forth to visit which was so convenient. Close to shopping and JAX beach is just a quick trip in the car. Had enough kitchen supplies to make a great seafood dinner! Air hockey table and foosball was fun. Definitely recommend this nice stay nestled in Fleming Island, and Danielle kept in contact with us and left some little goodies too!! Thank you, Danielle!

Overal nice house. Living room furniture not comfortable and very dirty under couch cushions. No exhaust fan in master bathroom.
