The home is well, appointed, in a good neighborhood and has the pool we were wanted for our grandsons. It too was professionally maintained.Nothing was egregiously wrong with this property, but many things were a problem. I cannot help but think the main issue is the is managed from a far and is not routinely maintained as it should be. For example:•Many electrical outlets were loose, some so much they would not work•Listing was out-of-date or inaccurate – said there was a futon (we though our one or two grandsons would sleep on it) there was none. It listed a “game room” – there was something that looked like a 1990s broken Attari game – that’s it.•Floors were dirty – black feet in every room•Walls in twin bedroom were dirty•No lights outsaid in front•It took us 45 minutes to enter the home because we initially did not have the accurate welcoming email.Would we stay here again? If we got assured the things up front were taken care of, perhaps. The owner was responsive when we called, it is just more challenging for her (I think) to do remotely.

Overnight stay

This was my first time to this area and just needed a place to stay for the night. The home was clean, but in my opinion, it could use some updating (the master bathroom was nice though). It’s hard to tell from pictures what the home and neighborhood are really like. It was fine for one night.

Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!

Sweet haven for a friendly stay! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

We felt so welcome with this visit! The home was beautiful with lovely finishes. Cozy dining area with a spacious kitchen. Absolutely loved the decor. The bathrooms are gorgeous. The bedrooms are very welcoming. I had family visiting from out of town to meet the in-laws and this home was the perfect setting. Our host was amazing and very attentive. She communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. Just a lovely, warm, and friendly person that makes her home available for vacations. I cannot recommend this property enough. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay in Orange Park, please place this home at the top of your choices!!!

Relaxing place after days of competing dance

This will be our home away from home! I can not wait to go back and just read, enjoy nature and all the things that make this home so relaxing! The master bedroom shower was everything! Communication was the best with the owner! My daughter has asked if this could be our place when we are near Jacksonville and yea it will!

Great for family and kids!!!

This was a nice home for our family and friend group. My husband and I were in town to see George Strait in Jacksonville. Our childcare plans had to change and we brought our daughter and had a friend meet us with her family to watch her. The host was accommodating and understood the situation. The place was clean and had plenty of space for our last minute addition. The pool was BIG hit with the kids. Getting them out almost made us late for checkout!!! Much nicer than any hotel I have stayed in recently!!!

Family reunion vacation

The house was nice in a nice neighborhood. The house was alittle dated . Seating was sparse for 6 adults better suited for 4 adults. Some beds didnt have a top sheet and only 1 towel per person. The house is better suited for 4 adults not 6. We still had a pleasant stay and enjoyed it

Great Stay

This was a great property. The neighborhood was centrally located to anything you would need. The house is well maintained with comfortable beds which is always a plus. We were there for a short stay but this is a perfect property for a good vacation or for staying out of town for work for an extended period of time. Host was very responsive and kind. Looking forward to staying again next time I am working in the area.
