Geräumige 1.200 Quadratfuß 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer mit WC Wohnung mit Fernlicht gewölbte offene Decken und Panoramafenstern, gegenüber vom goldenen Sandstrand von Kamaole III Beach. Die Wohnung Küche und Badezimmer wurden kürzlich renoviert. Komfortabel ausgestattet mit zwei Klimaanlagen, Deckenventilatoren in jedem Zimmer für den Luftstrom eingerichtet. Die Wohnung kann bis zu 6 Personen unterbringen. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete elektrische Küche mit Kühlschrank / Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, und Waschmaschine / Trockner. Es gibt einen 40-Zoll-Flachbild-Fernseher, Videorekorder, Stereoanlage und im Wohnzimmer. Telefon, Spiele, Bibliothek und private Veranda mit einem ruhigen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer von South Kihei über Maalaea Bay auf die West Maui Mountains. Aufzug und private überdachte Parkplätze sind auch für Ihre Bequemlichkeit und Komfort. Condo ist Internet zugänglich, in Kontakt mit persönlichen und beruflichen Kommunikation zu bleiben. Gated Pool und Grillplatz ist attraktiv und bequem vor allem mit kleinen Kindern.

Excellent stay at Maui

Excellent spot to stay on the east side of Maui. Wailea beaches are just a short drive. The place was nice and well maintained. Highly recommend for anyone especially families.

100% Recommend!

This lovely condo is in an ideal location, just across the beach and close to several shops and restaurants. It is easy to get to from the airport and comes with a reserved parking spot. It's spacious, clean and filled with all the amenities you need for a stress-free vacation! The owners Peggy and Dan are very friendly, easy to contact and you can tell they really care about thier property as it's in great condition. I hope to stay here again when I return to Maui in the future!

Maui escape

We were first time visitors to the island of Maui and this was a perfect base location for exploring all of the attractions the island has to offer. It is definitely a busy location for both traffic and people. There are a multitude of restaurants and shopping locations all within walking distance, if that is your interest. Plentiful beaches for walking or relaxation directly across from the condo. Location allows for easy access to major routes if utilizing a car.

Nice place but no real walls made it noisy

Very nice place, great furniture, sizable. However, there are only half walls between the bedrooms and the living room giving no sound barrier between the spaces. I had trouble sleeping while other people were awake and also would have liked some privacy. However, otherwise it is a great place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and the deck and walking to the beach for sunset.

Book it!

The condo was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities listed and more! The condo is within walking distance to several gift shops and restaurants, with a beach located across the street. The assigned parking spot is located quite close to the elevator. The owner and property manager were excellent with communication before and during our stay, when needed. This place felt like home away from home and we were happy to return to the condo after our activities for the day. We will definitely book it again when we return! Thank you Peggy, Dan and Danielle!

Great location. Close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay here. Peggy was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. It was right across the street from a great beach and only a few minutes away from excellent snorkeling. The condo was perfect for our family if 4. Kids each had their own bed. The Japanese style doors closed off a room just for them. They loved it. The beds were all comfy. There were plenty of towels for us to use s as well as beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards that we found in the guest closet. The kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for letting us use your place!

Our first and foremost obligation to our future guests (and returning)is a clear picture of what we have to offer and wish our guests a wonderful vacation based on our ideal location for the South Maui area. Our condo description clearly states that we are located across the street from the beach at Healeakala Shores on Kiehe Road. In Maui, where you are so close to the beach you can be near some traffic noise. Our condo has been upgraded and we are currently upgrading our bathrooms. We have 24 photos of real photos of our condo and hope that all our potential guests (and as you read of our previous guests) know that we do present our Haleakala Shores Condo as a real effort to present to you what you will expect when you rent from us. We expect all potential guests to take the time to read our full description of our condo so their expectations fits the reality of what we have to offer. And I also request all guests to email or call me with any questions they have have to ensure a great experience at our condo and in Maui.

Nice Place

Pro's Owner very approachable, complex manager very nice. Condo is well appointed and pool area very nice. Con's Condo is located on corner of two busy streets, so we heard cars passing by all day and into the wee hours of the morning. Now we live on 2.5 acres at home which is very quiet, so the noise was bothersome. The owner had two single beds made into a king for us, but the mattress was very old and soft. Owner did tell us about a foam that was stored in the condo which we put on the bed, however it was a queen size and did not fit that well. Safe to say, we did not get a very comfortable sleep for the 30 days we were there. Owners representative did not manage to have the ice maker in the fridge fixed prior to our departure.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate honest feedback always. That being said, putting two twin beds together is always a tricky situation even with the apparatus that fills in the wedge, and I will have new mattresses ordered for the condo. We do have a new queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress that is made aware to all guests. As for the ice maker, pre-Covid days allowed for faster products and service and a part had to be ordered for the refrigerator ice maker to be fixed. It is my understanding the ice maker stopped working close to your departure, but we do have ice trays in case of this mishap. We strive to make our guests comfortable and happy and take care of any issues that arise.

Great location

Very good experience during our 3 week stay. First day the microwave quit working but the property manager responded quickly and replaced the unit the same day. Great location for daily walks to the beach and local restaurants, coffee shops etc. definitely recommend staying here.

GREAT location!!!

This is a great location to stay at in Kihei. It is literally across the street from Kamaole beach III, and Kamaole Beach II. I can't stress how convenient that is. Peggy, the owner is VERY friendly and took the time out to communicate with us to update us on the weather (there were storms a week before our arrival) and conditions.

Perfect beachfront location!

My family loved this location for our 1st Maui vacation!!! Everything was accurate as listed and in the photos. Excellent beach just steps away and many other beaches mere minutes drive away! The condo was fully stocked and we appreciated the availability of towels and beach chairs. The condo was also close to delicious eats! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Great location just steps from beautiful beaches!

Peggy and her local Manager makes sure you have everything you need while you stay at this well-appointed condo. Furnishings are great and the master bed is comfy while the twins may be converted to a King if needed. This unit is large and can accommodate 4 people with ease as each couple has their own lovely bathrooms. The ocean is a 5 min walk across the street where you can snorkel, swim and suntan on the velvety sand. Peggy is a nice lady and was very kind to us during the Coronaviris crisis, and for this reason and many more we would rent this great condo again in a heartbeat! Mahalo Peggy and Dan!

Best 2 bedroom Condo we have found on Maui

This rental is amazing and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. We were there for 4 weeks and can say that it has been the best condo rental of all of our 6 visits. Most condos say they can host up to 6 guests, but this one definitely does. From enough seating for all, to enough towels, silverware, pots & pans and even hangers in both closets. The furniture is comfortable & very nice. It was also a plus to have starter soaps in bath & kitchen. Well maintained inside and outside. Highly recommended for the short walks to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping too!!!

Exceptional Condo! Everything you need and more!

We stayed over Christmas from Dec 22-Jan 7/20 and everything about this condo was amazing and we have NO complaints! We are a family of 4 (11 yr and 15 yr old kids). The minute we walked into the condo we were thrilled! Condo is VERY clean, roomy, two sink bath connected to master bedroom and comes with all the necessities and more (lots of beach towels, bath/hand towels, extra bedding, lawn chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, etc! You can really tell Peggy and Dan take extreme pride and care in keeping the condo in the best shape ever. The condo is in the perfect location! Condo is closest to beach and the beautiful beach is across the street (a few minutes away). Just down the street is little shops, markets, cinnamon bun place (do not leave until you have tasted the cinnamon buns!!). Beautiful pool with lots of chairs and BBQ’s to have summer suppers and a swim after! Parking spot and extra parking if needed! Condo is on the 4th floor but don't worry if you have mobility issues as there is an elevator! We used the stairs the majority of the time to help burn off the extra cinnamon bun calories :-). Birds are loud and happy early morning so only recommendation is to close bathroom doors before going to bed! I highly recommend this condo. You will have no regrets. My only worry is that if i tell too many people it will be too difficult to book in future haha! Thank you Peggy and Dan for letting us use your lovely condo! Great location close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants!

Clean and comfortable with room for the whole family. The lanai faced the ocean and being on the top floor facing the beach was very desirable.

For many years this condo was my home. In the 1990's I was an Executive Director at the Grand Wailea. I fell in love with Maui and after leaving the island, I kept this condo so I can always return to my fond memories and make new ones with my wife. And enjoy sharing the condo for guests and families to enjoy Maui.

I love the island of Maui and I was fortunate to work here for many years. I like the complex and the accessible beach to my home at that time. The location is good being in South Maui and the Kihei and the entire island has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

This particular location is beach accessible, spacious unit with gated pool. Walkable to shopping, restaurants and short driving distance to Wailea area. 1,200 square feet (including the lanai) of spacious feel with high ceilings and two bedrooms with two full bathrooms allows you to spread out during your stay.
