Willkommen auf der Sonnenseite von Maui! Unsere 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich groß, ca. 1050 sq. Ft., Mit einem tollen Kehei Lage. Restaurants, Geschäfte und Strände sind ging leicht innerhalb von wenigen Minuten. Haleakala Shores ist ein kleiner Ferienwohnungsanlage mit 72 Einheiten. Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Sie werden nicht durch Ihre tropischen Urlaub in unserem Mieteinheit enttäuscht sein!

Die Küche wurde vor kurzem renoviert und verfügt über Granit. Es ist gut bestückt mit einer Vielzahl Utensilien zum Kochen alle Ihre Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Das Wohn- / Esszimmer ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Große shogi Bildschirme teilen das Wohnzimmer aus dem zweiten Schlafzimmer bietet Privatsphäre, wenn sie geschlossen und Geräumigkeit, wenn sie geöffnet.
Beide Bäder sind groß mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und geflieste Duschen. Jedes verfügt über einen Umkleidebereich und ein großer Stauraum. Wir bieten qualitativ hochwertige Handtücher sowohl für den Strand und zu Hause. Es gibt auch Liegestühle, Boogie Boards, ein Sonnenschirm, ein kleiner Kühler und Sandspielzeug für Sie zu nutzen.
Man findet hier sowohl Deckenventilatoren und Klimaanlage in unserer Wohnung zusammen mit Jalousiefenster finden, die für Bläser Handel ermöglichen durch die Räume zu übergeben. All diese Dinge werden Sie kühl und komfortabel. Es ist a60-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und einem anderen großen Flachbild-TV im Schlafzimmer. Dieses Gerät für 6 mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafsofa. Es gibt auch ein Spiel und Pack (Reisebett) für Kinder. Die Veranda kann sowohl aus dem Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer zugänglich. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner ist auch in der Einheit enthalten. BBQ Grills sind in den Pool-Bereich, nur wenige Schritte entfernt von der Haustür entfernt. Überdachte Parkplätze wird Ihr Auto kühl und von der heißen Sonne!
Unsere Einheit befindet sich weg von der Straße, so dass Sie sehr wenig Verkehrslärm hören. Es ist nur 1/2 Block von Kamole Strand III, eine der schönsten Süden Maui Strände. Diese Badestrand bietet Rettungsschwimmer, Grillmöglichkeiten, Toilette und eine Dusche und einen Spielplatz. Es ist auch ein gutes Gebiet zum Schnorcheln.

Family Vacation

Family of four all over 18 stayed here for 2 weeks end of April beginning of May. Nice central location in Kihei. Very nice beach across the road. Owners provided beach chairs and umbrella which was nice not having to purchase. King bed was comfortable. Parking is a little tight but manageable with a full car. Fully equipped kitchen made it easy to make our own meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment right next to the beach

We had such an amazing stay, the apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Super clean, comfy beds and positioned in a quiet area. The beach across the road is beautiful and perfect for kids and we saw turtles! Lots of beach equipment available for use and very friendly and helpful hosts.

A week in paradise

The condo was perfect for our family of four, kids ages 13 and 11. The beach was a 2 minute walk across the street, and there were many shops and restaurants within a mile walking distance as well. The Food Land grocery store is a short (1.5mi) drive north and we spent several evenings watching the sunset with Food Land poke bowls. Check-in was straightforward and access via the keyless door lock was very easy. The owners communicated well via email prior to our stay and we didn't have any problems with the property while we were there. The condo itself was immaculate and had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to beach towels and chairs. The A/C units easily cooled the unit on the few days we were inside when the sun was out. Overall, we had an amazing time and are already wishing we could go back!

Great Location, nice condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Its right across tge street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and the ABC store. The owners were very responsive and even provided great info, check out the Maui Happy Hour app (the owners told us about it, and we used it). Would highly recommend this place. The air fryer was a added bonus too.

Lovely condo--excellent location!

Layout was perfect & location couldn't have been better. Right across street from park & beach where snorkeling was great. Condo had excellent beach chairs, umbrellas, anything you could need at the beach. Only complaint--wooden blinds were extremely heavy & difficult to manipulate. Spent 10 wonderful days there--would definitely recommend this place!

Felt just like home!

We loved staying in the condo and it was extremely well equipped. There were plenty of pots and pans, an air fryer, toaster and coffee maker. Cooking was a breeze, which is often not the case with short-term rentals. There were a ton of supplies for going to the beach provided as well: plenty of towels, beach chairs, toys, coolers, freezer packs and even a wagon to carry it all in! The beach was RIGHT across the street, which was SO convenient. The only negative were the condo rules regarding the pool. "Loud games" (Marco Polo was specifically called out in multiple places) were not allowed in the pool and while we never got in trouble, we were always concerned that our two tween boys would be too rambunctious for the community. Despite that small negative, I would love to come back to Maui and stay here again!

Better than the pictures, Just Wonderful!

We had an amazing stay at this condo and couldn't have been more pleased. After walking into the condo after 12 hours of traveling it was a joy to see a condo that was spacious, snazzy, and even "better than the pictures" in our opinion. We had everything we needed and the location was just perfect for those staying in South Maui. The ocean, shops, and really everything we needed was within walking distance and it was the perfect "home base" for our vacation. I also appreciated the generous help from our hosts to provide us with information about the best restaurants, beaches and places to hit up in Kihei on our vacation. This was our first trip to Hawaii and the information from our hosts was very helpful as we planned our vacation. We loved it!

Week in Paradise

We traveled down to the Hawaiian islands with another couple (4 of us total) and the location of this Condo is PERFECT!!! There are several beaches within 10 minutes of this area including two literally across the street. This condo has all tile floors and fans in every room to make the stay a lot more convenient. Less than 1/4 of a mile there are 3 really good restaurants you can dine at, 2 of which you can have window seating and watch the sunset. Overall, the best part about this place is the location. It is in the middle and reasonable driving distance to where ever you would want to travel to. All four of us had a fantastic experience and cannot wait to return!! :)

Nice Condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and equipped with everything needed to make our stay so comfortable/enjoyable -- including all beach necessities, covered parking space, and a well-stocked kitchen. The "screen/wall" that separates the 2nd bedroom from the family room was a great set-up. When we left it open the condo was so spacious! The condo was conveniently located and only a short drive to one of our favorite beaches -- Wailea Beach. We would definitely rebook this condo in the future and would highly recommend it. Clean and well accomodated

Clean and exactly as described. One private bedroom, a pull out couch, and 2 twin beds that attach to the living room that could be separated by sliding doors. The sliding doors will provide visual privacy but don't count on sound insulation. There is AC in the bedroom and in the family room it kept the place at a very comfortable temperature. Pool is enjoyable, with noise restrictions sometimes enforced. A noisy group left at same time we arrived to the pool and the onsite manager immediately stereotyped my young kids assuming they'd be noisy. My kids were intimated but still had fun. Overall I'd recommend. Thanks for letting us stay here.

Home Away from Home

We have been to Maui many times and this is by far the most peaceful, quiet location with the nicest condo of all!! The location is great, right across from a wonderful beach, and the pool area is fabulous, my personal favorite. The condo is very nicely furnished and the bathrooms and kitchen are newly remodeled including granite countertops. The kitchen is well supplied with all cooking equipment and there were wonderful big beach towels. Having a washer-dryer is very convenient. Over all the condo is a perfect, very comfortable home away from home. And an added plus are the owners, Steve and Barb. They are very helpful, and answered many of our questions before arrival. I highly recommend this condo and have already done so to many of our friends.

Great location and spacious living room

We had a party of 4 including my toddler. The full size kitchen and appliances were great to have. The living/dining room was spacious and was a great place to hang around and share time with family. Nice size televisions for watching movies. It was a bonus being able to cast movies from our iPad to the television so everyone could enjoy the movies at night. From previous reviews you will see that the parking is right; however, the parking spot next to ours was always empty (got lucky). The pool was a nice retreat and was just a short walk down the hall. Don’t worry about chairs, umbrellas, life vests, floaters, boogie boards, wagon, coolers, ice packs etc. for the beach because Barb and Steve went out of their way to have all those things ready for your stay. All in all, we were very pleased staying here and blessed to have owners willing to go the extra mile for their guests. Our sincere gratitude goes out to Barb and Steve.

Wonderful home and convenient!

This is one of our favourite units that we've stayed in on Maui so far. The location is very convenient for both beach and other purposes. Parking is easy (all spots at Haleakala Shores are a bit tight, but you get used to it and it's not that bad - and there is very easy parking on the road if you don't like the covered stalls). Getting to Wailea is nice as it's only a few minutes away, and getting up and onto the highway to head other parts of the island is also very simple. Grocery stores are a short drive and there's a Whalers General only a few minutes walk away for any immediate needs. The kitchen was nicely stocked with most needed items (I'm sure it varies depending on what people leave, but there was salt, pepper, spices, some oil, syrup, etc). The in-unit stock of amenities (boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, life jackets, coolers, etc) was also perfect. We didn't really want for anything. Place was nicely cleaned and ready for our arrival and the everything in the unit worked perfectly. Absolutely no complaints and the owners were wonderful to deal with. We'll be back!

Awesome Experience

To start off, the communication with the owners was outstanding. They were quick to respond and answered questions. The Condo was amazing. The condo was very clean. We are a family of 5, with 3 teenagers. They were all comfortable in the beds and the couch bed. Our bed was also very comfortable. We had enough pillows and bedding for everyone. The Kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils that we needed and we cooked every night. We were very happy to find coolers and chemical ice packs to take to the beach with us. There were beach towels and boogie boards also that were available, which was very nice that we didn't have to buy or rent them. The dishwasher, washer/dryer, AC were all working and were great to have. The location is amazing, just cross the street and you are at a amazing beach. There were amazing sunsets and we saw turtles each morning. We were in walking distance (for our family) to mutiple resturants and shops and different beaches. It appeared that the showers and bathrooms in the Condo were just remodel and were excellent. There was a book of instructions and suggestions in the condo that helped with registering. We always felt safe at the condo and it had plenty of lighting by the vehicles and entryways to the condo. We saved up for 4 years to take this trip and it was very nice to stay at a place with no issues. At least we did not have any issues. I highly recommend this condo for anyone, it was totally amazing and the owners were great to work with. If we ever make it back to Maui, I would stay here again. Amazing and Magnificent condo.

Paradise Found

We stayed 7/19-7/30/2013. This was our first stay on Maui. After spending several months looking for the perfect condo to rent, we knew when we walked in the door of this two bedroom condo we had found it. I looked for a condo that was owned and rented by an owner rather than by a property. It was perfect for our family of four including two teenage boys. The condo quickly went from our "rental" to our "home" in paradise. In fact, we still feel a little protective of it and hope future renters all treat it well! The condo is very spacious and we never felt crowded. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed when we wanted to cook. Loved the blender too! The bathrooms are very clean and showers were wonderful after a day in the sun. The washer/dryer were very convenient. We loved having our own beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, mats, beach towels and coolers, all we needed for the beach. The condo is very quiet and must be well built because we didn't hear any outside noises. The air conditioning units are great when we wanted to cool down. The ceiling fans worked nicely moving the air and keeping it cool. The tile floor throughout the condo was clean and felt great on our feet. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and made for restful nights. The pool rules are strict and the manager enforces them, but they do ensure a quiet place to relax for all. Saw the review about the dishwasher out - it went out while we were there. Steve (owner) sent us a personal email and was concerned we would be inconvenienced without a dishwasher. We appreciated his concern and knew it could take a while to get replaced. Washing dishes by hand in paradise was not a big deal to us. We knew we were on island time - all part of the charm. The location of the condo is fabulous. Located in south Kihei, it is right across from Kam III. We did a lot of walking on the beach including south to Wailea which is very close. Stores and restaurants are all close enough to walk to. We loved going out for shave ice and watching the sun set. We went on many adventures and it was wonderful to come home each night to such a lovely home. I really could go on an on but don't want to say too much - we would be very disappointed if this condo becomes so popular - it would not be available when we return. Thank you Steve and Barb - you have a gem and we hope to be back soon.

Super organized and close to beach

Great place that is well laid out with many thoughtful touches. Lots of kitchen implements that are well organized and labeled. Easy walk to great calm beach across the street. Family of three w/ an adult daughter fit comfortably w/ an extra bed that my son (if he came) could have used. New mini-split air conditioners made the second floor apartment very comfortable.

We are retired and live in Yakima, WA. Steve worked in the agricultural finance industry and Barb taught high school. When not visiting Hawaii we enjoy camping and gardening.

We have made approximately 30 trips to the Hawaiian Islands and Maui is our favorite. We bought our Kehei vacation rental because it is a large unit in a small complex. We wanted a family atmosphere close to the beach yet easy to get to shops, restaurants, and the airport.
