Unsere komfortable, familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung heißt Sie herzlich willkommen!

Die Kamaole Beach Royale-Einheit Nr. 203 verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine Doppel-Veranda. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit einer Auswahl an Bettwäsche, Bade- und Strandtüchern. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über ein stapelbares Wäschezentrum. Entspannen Sie mit Klimaanlage, Deckenventilatoren, Kabel-TV, WLAN und 2 TVs. Es gibt viele Extras wie Liegestühle, Boogie Boards, Kühler und Sandspielzeug. Es gibt einen neuen Laufstall mit Bettwäsche für Kleinkinder sowie einen Sitzerhöhungssitz.

Die 7. Etage verfügt über einen großen Dachgarten mit 2 Gasgrills und vielen Tischen und Stühlen. Die Aussicht ist panoramisch und bietet Blick auf das Meer, um Wale zu beobachten, spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge und den Haleakala-Krater / East Maui-Vulkan.

Der Komplex mit 50 Wohneinheiten befindet sich gegenüber dem besten Badestrand von Maui, Kamaole 1. Großartige Lage mit 3/4-Meilen-Sandstrand. In der Nähe vieler Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wassersportmöglichkeiten und Golfplätze.

First stay at KBR

Generally we enjoyed staying in this unit. We indicated four stars because we had a difficult time getting into the condo. The initial code that was given did not work. Had it not been for the neighbor’s help contacting the owner, we would have had to wait even longer to get the correct code. The condo is well furnished and comfortable. Its location is perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. We would certainly come back to KBR.

Beautiful stay

This place was perfect for my son & I. The was place was clean & comfortable.

This place was in a great location, walk to the beach & coffee in the morning. I especially loved that there were hooks everywhere to hang things, this is the most forgot about convenience!

Wonderful condo!

The condo was well very appointed and comfortable. It was a quick walk to the beach and other places to eat and shop. One of our favorite things about the condo was the 7th floor deck area. We grilled and watched the sunset there most evenings.

Comfort and convenience

We had a great time! The property was clean and perfect for our needs, as we were mostly out and about and just needed a place to sleep. It was super convenient! The owners were also very communicative and easy to talk to and we overall had a great experience.

Great for families

Enjoyed our stay in Kihei. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Condo had pretty much everything we needed- beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrella. The only issue we had was the front bedroom did not have a window covering and it got a lot of sun in the morning.

Excellent stay close to the beach!

The communication and instructions were very clear. We arrived to a clean, comfortable condo with many amenities and it was fully stocked. The washer and dryer were so convenient, we loved the pool on property. The beds and other furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location, right across from the beach, close proximity to great food and coffee. I hope to return someday!

First Family Maui Trip

The condo was very clean & very neatly organized with additional towels & linens labeled. Our bed was comfortable & we were surprised at how comfortable the pullout couch was! For the first time ever, our kids didn’t complain about sleeping on one. Sunset views are beautiful there. Location is perfect in front of beach, walking distance to shops & restaurants. This was a very comfortable & pleasant stay.

Perfect place for a family

We had a great time staying here for 10 days. Great access to the beach and pool and there was a lot of kid gear that made it much easier for us including beach toys, a pack and play, and even kids shampoo! We ran into a couple of small glitches with appliances. The owners were exceptionally responsive and had things fixed within hours. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and hope we get the opportunity to come back!

Amazing location… right across from the beach and the ABC store. Place could have been cleaner. There were sheets left in the dryer, rugs in the wash and we found a T-shirt that was not ours. Besides that, place was spacious for our party of six and the location could not be beat.

Top Condo

Wonderful condo, a lot nicer than on the pictures. Spacious, clean, very well equipped (incl. beach utensils), nice lanai and roof terrace. Absolutely nothing to complain. Also very good location. Beach, shops, restaurants all in walking distance. Would come back without hesitating.

Great location, great host, great price

So glad to find Andrianne’s place. Beach is across the street or 10-20 minutes drives to ones of our most favorite beaches in Maui. Short walks to many shops and restaurants. Communication with Andrianne was great. She responded to our messages quickly and followed up to make sure that our needs were met. She went above and beyond as a host. We would definitely stay here again and tell our friends and family about this awesome place

Great location in paradise!

This was the perfect place to stay in Maui. Great mix of locals and travelers in Kehei. Fantastic gelato place across the street!!! Clean, safe, directly across from beach. Beautiful observation deck on roof with grill and eating area. Only things to note are: 1) there are roosters in the area that will crow in the morning 2) only A/C is a unit in living room so we slept with bedroom doors ajar to stay cool. All that to say, this place was awesome and we definitely would stay here again.

MARRIED IN PARADISE

After 15 years of living with her partner, our daughter decided to get married on Maui. Our Condo was in a fabulous location, very clean and very nicely decorated. They thought of everything, we wanted for nothing. Excellent place to stay. Just be careful if you party has two cars, they don't have enough room for parking so we had to park one of our cars off the property. It was only a block away and a beautiful walk in Maui is always enjoyed.

Nice place to stay

Overall the place is as described. Host provided items for water activities such as snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, and cooler. Entry ways are a little quirky for all units. They’re in a pie shape so if two different units are trying to get out of their respective rentals at the same time, one has to wait on the other.

Amazing spot

Right in the middle of everything Kihei, such a great spot next to an amazing beach. Fully stocked place with all that you need for the beach, kitchen you name it. Only thing I would say is if its really hot at night the single living room A/C does struggle to keep up with the whole place so that can make sleeping a little bit more challenging. The ceiling fans do help a bit though. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

Great Unit and Location

What impressed me more about the unit was that it was well stocked. The owners thought of everything. From a step stool for the little one (even a care seat which had I know they had, I wouldn't have gotten one from the car rental company), to everything one would need for the beach. The only feedback I would provide is to get a new coffee machine because the bigger white one they had looked dirty/moldy where the water goes, but fortunately they had another smaller one which we ended up using. But I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking at staying in Maui.

Super condo, amazing location

Being so close to Kam I and Kam II, and so many restaurants and shops made this the perfect location for our family. Andrianne was very quick to respond to my questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We were out and about around the island so much, that we didn't spend much time actually in the unit. But, it had everything we needed, it was super clean, and had plenty of room for 4 adults to sleep comfortably; it would've been fine for 6 if we'd brought more of our family with us. We would absolutely book this location again. Thank you, Adrianne!

Our condo is family owned by 3 siblings and their spouses. We all live in Saskatoon, Saskachewan Canada. Now that 5/6 are retired we are grateful to be spending more time on Maui.
