Cabin #1: Studio style layout with kitchenette and a large gravel parking pad beside the cabin for easy boat or trailer storage.
The tranquility of the woodlands is where you'll find Hartwell Cabins and RVs! Cabin #1 is a 450 square foot cabin, equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay.
We do not use keys. Each door is equipped with an electronic lock. The week of arrival you'll receive a check-in email with a code specific to your stay.
We do have cameras at the park. They're attached to the laundry facility and face the gravel driveway throughout the park. We do not have cameras inside or on the cabins you rent.
WHAT WE SUPPLY:
Linens, 4 towels, 6 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dish cloths, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, 2 rolls of toilet tissue and 2 trash bags are provided in each property. Bed linens and bath towels are not changed during your stay. The startup set will not be replenished; we suggest you bring extra items for longer stays. White Oak Property Management accounts for all linens and towels provided in each unit. Any missing, damaged or stained beyond repair items will result in additional charges to the Guest.
OCCUPANCY & AMENITIES:
We will do everything we can to make sure your cabin is ready for your stay. It is our mission to provide you the cleanest cabin around so that you will become a guest for a lifetime. However, there are rare occasions that your cabin might not be fully presentable by 3pm. Please understand they are not hotel rooms and, therefore, from time to time, appliances, internet, TV, water, electricity, etc. will break down or malfunction. While we cannot refund any monies due to these issues that arise as they would in any property due to the life expectancy of any and all such appliances etc., we will respond as quickly as we can to make repairs and restore amenities. We are not responsible for weather conditions.
Whether you're visiting for adventure or pleasure, our location is quite convenient. We are located 2 minutes outside of town and only a few miles from Lake Hartwell, Savannah River, parks, boat ramps, marinas, the Hartwell Dam, local eateries, grocery stores and so much more!

Two queen-size beds, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, and microwave, a tub/shower combination in the bathroom, and a covered front porch.
We do not provide cable, however, we do have great internet and smart TVs to make streaming services easy!
There are no stairs or ladders to navigate inside of this cabin.
There is a self-pay washing facility here.
There is plenty of room next to your cabin to park your boat or trailer. We've conveniently installed plugs on the outside of each cabin in the boat parking area to make charging batteries and such for the next adventure easy!
