Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.

Stairs Required
This is a 2nd-floor apartment and requires stairs to access.

Shared Property Setup
The owner may occasionally stay on-site in the attached main unit. Lake access and the boat dock are shared.

Main House Outdoor Areas
Guests cannot access or use the decks and patios of the main house.

Lake Hartwell is a reservoir where water levels naturally fluctuate throughout the year. While our property always offers beautiful lake views, dock access, shoreline depths, and the ability to tie up a boat at the dock vary by season. If you plan on bringing, launching, or tying up a boat during your stay, please reach out to us prior to arrival so we can confirm current water levels at the dock and direct you to the nearest deep-water public boat ramps and tie-ups nearby!
