• Absolute Check-out time is no later than 10 AM. Please ensure you check out by the specified time, as the cleaning team will arrive shortly after.

PEACE OF MIND: Every Direct booking and through VRBO + Booking Dot Com has protection with SAFELY* ($10/day), a vacation rental insurance company for comprehensive guest/host protection for damages/accidents. This replaces a damage deposit.

TRUST AND SAFETY: The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $1,500 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage are available by request. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible or minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest, and the homeowner will process using the form of payment on file for the Guest.

Our base rental rate covers up to two guests, and each additional guest is just $15 per day. With a maximum of four overnight guests, you can bring along everyone you love and make the most of your vacation.

The square is a hub for some of the city's biggest festivals, including the Pensacola JazzFest, Pensacola Seafood Festival, and Great Gulfcoast Arts Festival.

Just a short walk away is Palafox Street, named one of the "10 Great Streets in America" by the American Planning Association. This bustling street is home to a variety of boutiques, retail shops, dining options, and cultural attractions.

As the Seville Square Neighborhood is very walkable, transportation is generally by foot. There is ample parking for automobiles the majority of the time. During significant events and festivities, parking can be a challenge.
Rentals, such as bikes (e-bikes & e-scooters), and Segways are available.
There is public transportation with buses, though not a user-friendly experience.
Uber/Lyft are available.
