House Rules:
No more than 4 total overnight guests.
No more than 8 total people in the house at any time.
No Parties ever.
No Smoking in the home.
No loud noise after 10 pm.
No shooting of fireworks on the property.
Thoroughly clean any utensils, pots and pans after use.
Put things back where you got them.
If you break something or find something broken, contact the host.
There are two bikes with locks for your use. If they are damaged, lost or stolen for any reason a $300 fee will apply

Departure:
Leave linens on the bed.
Place all used towels in the bathtub.
Set thermostat to 60° in winter and 80° in summer.
Load dishwasher and start.
Make sure all pots and pans are clean.
Turn off all lights.
Turn off TV and electronics
Take out all trash and recyclables

The cleaning team arrives promptly at 11:00am on your check out date so please be respectful of their time. Please don`t hesitate to call us for any reason.

HOT TUB RULES AND FINES:

ABSOLUTELY NO SAND OR GLASS IN THE TUB. IF THERE IS SAND OR GLASS IN THE TUB POST STAY, A NON-NEGOTIABLE $200 FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR DRAINING, CLEANING AND REFILLING THE TUB.

FILL AND USE THE WASHPAN FOR CLEANING FEET BEFORE ENTERING THE TUB
MAKE SURE JETS ARE OFF WHEN NOT USING
CAREFULLY PLACE THE TOP BEHIND THE TUB WHEN IN USE AND REPLACE IT WHEN FINISHED
