After a day at the lake, in the mountains, or sampling shake shacks nearby, find yourself settling in for a relaxing--or competitive--evening of laughing, arguing, and making memories over who built the longest road or slapped the card-pile fastest. Dust off the games you used to play--or try some new ones. At the Game Night Retreat, there's sure to be a favorite for everyone.

FREE BOAT PARKING
Don't worry about parking--there's plenty available for your family/friends and toys. Not only do you have access to 2 garage spaces + 2 driveway spaces, but there's a free parking area nearby for your trailers & toys (a rare find in Bear Lake!)

Not only do you get an end-unit with increased privacy and space, but you're just a block away from all Garden City has to offer: famous milkshakes, restaurants, window shopping, souvenirs, go-carts, "Old Ephraim's" 28-inch pizza, a twilight walk through the park's boardwalk to the beach (fireflies in May!), and more.

We've selected a variety of our favorite pillows--gel, plush down alternative, soft, and firm, so there's sure to be just the right pillow for everyone. All sheets, bed throws, AND bedspreads are washed after every guest.

• Since this property is still pretty new, there may sometimes be construction near the property. Thank you for your patience with dust, workers, and a little extra noise during the day--but wait, you'll probably be at the lake anyway!

CLEANING
Cleanliness and our guest’s comfort are our top priorities. In addition to a full top-to-bottom dusting, scrubbing, deep clean, and sanitizing between guests, our cleaners go above and beyond. Here are just a few reasons we stand out:
—All laundering is allergy sensitive—we only use gentle, scent-free, dye-free detergents
--All bedding (sheets, pillowcases, quilts, and throws) is washed and sanitized frequently. You can rest assured that the bedspread you're snuggling into is all for you!
--Your shower curtain liner is also washed after every guest. The only bubbly body bumping into it will be yours!
-Every surface is dusted, cleaned, and sanitized every time.
-Every pillow, pillow cover, and sofa throw is washed regularly.
-Your part is small-- While we expect you to respect the property and hope you'll leave it tidy, you're on vacation and our checkout procedure is simple--just a few quick things.
Your privacy and property security are important to us. There are 2 external security cameras at the property (porch & driveway--no internal views, of course!)
