Conveniently located across from the Utah State Marina, bike paths, and only minutes to stores, shops, restaurants, Logan Canyon, Cache National Forest, ATV and snowmobile trails, our home offers an unparalleled comfortable getaway that feeds any adventure or any group summer or winter!

The Space:
Close enough to the action, but quietly tucked away, this home can comfortably sleep 16 adults!
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: king bed + futon
Bedroom 2: queen bed & full bunk bed
Bedroom 3: queen bed
Downstairs:
Bedroom 4: 2 sets full bunk beds + blow up mattress

Enjoy open concept living! The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all connected on the top level and are the heart of the home for gathering, eating and creating memories. In the kitchen, you'll find all the pots and pans needed to cook a home cooked meal. With a coffee maker, utensils, spices, and mixing bowls, you will have all the essentials. The upstairs living room has plenty of seating, but if you want to put on a movie, enjoy the theatre room downstairs and get cozy!

The bathrooms are stocked with blow dryers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to bring the comforts of home to your vacation.

Exterior:
Enjoy ample outdoor dining space with 3 different patio dining sets to choose from and 2 huge trex decks with amazing views. Whether you want to sit next to the fire pit in the backyard elevated level under the stars, relax in our brand new covered hot tub, or take in the sunrise while drinking coffee on the top deck, we have a peaceful place for you to take it all in! Plenty of parking in driveway - but note, the driveway is a little steep.
