At home, you’ll love the shady, private backyard, with a picnic table and gas grill, perfect for a family cookout. The outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off the beach sand after a day at the shore. Inside, you’ll find one-level living, hardwood floors, and lots of comfy spots to gather. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen, and between the kitchen table and dining room table around the corner, there’s plenty of room for everyone at mealtime. Spend the afternoon snoozing on the chaise in the sunroom, or head out for a game of golf at nearby Salt Pond Golf Club. When you return, relax in the central AC while you stream the latest release. When bedtime calls, four well-appointed rooms await - just make sure to end the evening with a toast to your good luck at booking such a sweet family escape.

There is one step between the utility room and the kitchen. Otherwise, the home is on one level. There is a ramp at the rear entrance and a walk-in shower.
The fireplace and garage are not for guest use.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
