Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement is required. An early check-in and/or late check-out may be available.
