We hope you love THE VIEW as much as we do- our spacious 3,400+ sq ft beachside home offering unforgettable ocean sunrises, peaceful Banana River sunsets, and a perfect location for watching SpaceX rocket launches.
Just a short walk across A1A puts you on the beach for swimming, surfing, or relaxing in the sun. Or head to the backyard for kayaking, lounging by the heated pool, soaking in the hot tub, or enjoying our serene outdoor spaces.

Perfect Staycation

This property was beautiful! The photos do not do it justice.. in my opinion. Great host and great communication. We loved the outdoor sitting area and the kitchen/living space was gorgeous. The master suite was 10/10. As a 37 week pregnant lady, the shower was exactly what I needed! So relaxing! The location was great, too. We loved the sunrise and sunset view! The house was equipped with everything you need. You can tell it was very thought out. Thanks for a great stay!

Relaxing beach stay

Beautiful property! We had plans to go to the zoo and ziplining but the house had so much to do, we just stayed put! Beach, kayaks, pool , jacuzzi, foos ball and large flat screen tvs in every room!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at The View. Rhonda was always available to communicate if something came up and everything at the property was perfect for our group. Awesome Family Vacation

We had a great trip to Cocoa Beach and enjoyed this beautiful house. The kids loved all of the beach equipment and made good use of it with a great beach just steps away. They also really enjoyed the pool. The house was well equipped with all of the extras that made it feel like a home away from home!

Everything was thought of!

This is probably one of the most thoughtful places we've stayed, everything was thought of. I kept telling my husband we really could have just packed up only our clothes and hit the road. We really loved the location, it's further away from the more crowded and touristy areas and an extremely short walk across the A1A to the beach. Our family had a wonderful stay!

Fabulous!

What a wonderful home this was to stay in during our 10-person fam vacation! It had everything anyone could ever need: kayaks, bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, beach buggy, lots of towels, an outdoor grill, a pool, and a hot tub…it was a dream! The elevator was simple to use and helpful with luggage and groc items. The kitchen is huge with 2 refrigerators and freezers (with working ice makers), which was super helpful w such a large group. Lots of condiments already in fridge and spices for cooking. Also a big variety of pots and pans and cooking utensils, for kitchen and also grill. Blender, toaster, coffee maker…nothing was not considered in supplying all needed for a perfect stay. The host, Rhonda, was very communicative and accommodating and check in/check out was a breeze. Publix groc store is about a 10 min drive from the house. The only issue we had was that our stay was not long enough. ;)

Beautiful, clean home with great location!

Our family and friends had a great 3-night stay at The View! The house is beautiful, and the property is fitted with everything you would need for a great stay! The views from both sides of the house are breath-taking and the walk to beach or to river are the easiest. Rhonda was easy and pleasant to work with. Amazing Location for Friends Getaway

Our group of 8 rented this VRBO for 3 nights. It was perfect! Loved how close it is to the beach and the outdoor area and pool were perfect for relaxing afternoons. Rhonda was quick to respond when we had questions. The property is beautiful appointed everything you need was there. From beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas/cooler, charging station, and a well stocked kitchen. It was very clean and well kept up property. I high recommend staying at this property!

Our Families Rated It Number One!

My wife and her sister gather our families (10 in all) for a trip every year. We generally head towards a beach. After couple of days in the sun and walks to the beach, the pool consensus was that this was the best place we’ve ever stayed. The outside area is a bit under-rated - the covered table, the hard-wired grill, the cozy chairs for reading, the puff foot rests - all made it just perfect. The elevator was great for groceries, and the AC was powerful. The toys in the shed were terrific - we used almost everything, and it was in great shape. The bikes were fun, the boys kayaked, and the chairs / umbrellas were perfect. The beach is just across the street - couldn’t be any closer. Don’t miss Squid Lips if you stay here - easy walk, live music, and pretty view. Thanks Rhonda, our stay was terrific - appreciate your personal tour and quick responses as well.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time with our group of nine. Everyone (especially the kids) enjoyed being lazy by the pool and hopping into the hot tub. We also enjoyed kayaking and seeing quite a few pelicans! The kitchen view was gorgeous and the perfect setting for our family breakfasts and dinners. We loved sitting on the upstairs balcony and watching the sunset. We were also treated to a special satellite launch at NASA which we could watch from the beach. It was an absolutely lovely home, well furnished and with so many special treats to make our stay more comfortable. The elevator was a nice benefit for grandparents and for transporting groceries and luggage. We had one small glitch with the elevator, but Rhonda was so incredibly helpful and accommodating in resolving the issue very quickly. Having all of the towels, beach toys and even some starter supplies on hand was so helpful and definitely exceeded our expectations. Even though we were departing for a cruise, our children did not want to leave and said this was their favorite place to stay!

Beautiful Property with Wonderful Amenities, Slightly Invasive

We stayed at this beautiful home for a long weekend to celebrate a mature "bride to be", the property itself is wonderful, located in an excellent spot where you can enjoy both the sunset and the sunrise! It was spacious, well maintained and clean. It had wonderful outdoor space to enjoy the Florida weather and comfortable indoor seating for our group. However, there are cameras everywhere and it was clear we were being watched when a guest arrived late and parked momentarily in the wrong spot, I immediately received a message and phone call from the property manager to move the vehicle. When we had a question, we never received a straight answer, the response was "did you all read the manual"....the manual reads like a novel and this became a joke of ours for the weekend if we had a simple question about the property. Despite all of the rules that inhibit some of the properties enjoyment, overall, I would recommend this rental for the location, cleanliness, comfort and spaciousness!

Surprisingly quiet in relation to the location.

Although the facility is located on a four-lane road, road noise was none existent in the house, nor at the pool. The interior of the house with large furniture provided a fancy atmosphere. We hesitated renting on the road, but crossing was never an issue. I would not rent this location with young children; all of us were 18-72. The kitchen was large and had more plates and cookware then you will be able to use. However, if you have never cooked with gas, you should do some research before using the stove and oven. Outside at the pool and couch area, surprisingly, you will not hear road noise. The layout of the house is adult friendly, but if you leave something on one floor, you have stairs to climb or descend, which is faster than the elevator. If someone leaves the gate open on the elevator, the elevator is useless to the other two floors. The walk to the beach is a relative very short distance. The location of the house to beach is perfect, because the larger populations are to your left and right of your beach entrance. We did not have anyone closer to us than thirty yards. The ramp up over the dunes, from the road, was nice, but the stairs down to the beach is not wagon friendly. Access to the river would be nice for fishing. I would certainly stay at this location again.

BEST place to stay at Cocoa Beach!!!!!!!!

There were 9 of us traveling. 2 couples, a single person and 4 kids. This house was the perfect pick for everyone to have a place to sleep. The older kids are close to 6' so the bunk beds were pushing it in length. But they managed to get some good nights rests. The beach is so close you can smell it. The views (of ocean and river) were WONDERFUL! The house had everything you could imagine for a great time. The elevator came in very handy with luggage and groceries. Many of nights of cards were played on the table (we did bring them due to not knowing for sure if there were any). The toys for the beach were great! The kids LOVED the buggy boards. Squid Lips right down the street turned out to be our favorite spot for dinner if we weren't cooking at the house. We got to see a Rocket Launch from the beach. AWESOME sight!!!!! And turned out to be a surprise since it was supposed to have already launched. Kennedy Space center was a short 30 mins away and worth every penny!!!! Even the older teens loved it! Thanks Rhonda for everything, and sharing such a special place. Hope y'all liked the shark we left. And hope it was ok that we left so much food we hadn't even opened. Maybe the next guests could enjoy it! If we ever get back to Cocoa Beach I know exactly where we will be staying!!!!!!! Don't pass this place up! You won't be disappointed!!!!!!!

Paradise near Cocoa Beach

What an amazing property! Our family group of nine people, ranging in age from 9 to 76 years spent 4 nights at this beach house, celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and my daughter's 12th birthday. The views from the 3rd floor are spectacular - sunrise over the ocean and sunset over Banana River. The decor throughout the home is beautiful, with lots of art work. The property is very clean and comes with everything you would need during your stay. There were even beverages in both the kitchen and pool fridges and snacks in the pantry! The house was equipped with pantry essentials, spices, tea, coffee, lots of beach towels, flip flops, beach and pool toys, chairs, bikes, kayaks, coolers for the beach, laundry detergent, etc. The only item we couldn't locate was a potato masher - LOL! The layout of the property worked great for our family - all 4 kids shared the bunk bed room, which included a gaming console. This bedroom shared a jack-and-jill bathroom with a queen bedroom. The master suite is beautifully appointed with a large sitting area and ensuite. The 1st floor has a separate living space, bedroom and bathroom. The kids found a closet with lots of board games to entertain them in the mornings and evenings before/after we enjoyed our days at the beach across the street, or relaxing by the pool and hot tub! There's also an outdoor shower to wash away all of the beach sand. Check-in and check-out was easy and the host was quick to respond to communication. Our family made wonderful memories at "The View" and would highly recommend this property!

Absolutely amazing house, great communication with the owner, very accommodating to our travel schedule. House was excellent, everything you needed was there and made for a great stay!
