Saltwater Pool, Large Dog Friendly, Steps to the beach!
Come visit Anchors Down at Anchor House! This newly listed, bottom unit of a duplex house is steps away to the beach in North Myrtle Beach. This spacious unit has four large private bedrooms, an easy walk to the beach and a saltwater pool (pool is shared between this unit and the upstairs unit). Hang out on the front covered porch and drink a cup of coffee. Everyone will love hanging out in the large dining/living area. Spend the afternoon on a sitting ledge in the large saltwater pool. There is also a spacious backdoor area with a picnic table to hang out in.
This lower level of a duplex has four bedrooms/two bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked and has quartz countertops. This eclectic unit has a great coastal vibe and can comfortably sleep 10 people. It's perfect for large families, golf trips or sports group. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and plenty of parking (up to four vehicles). Each bedroom has its own TV along with a large TV in the living area. There is an Alexa Dot available in the living area to play music or answer questions. Guests can unplug this during their stay but we ask that you plug it back in prior to leaving.
This unit is prime location and close to Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, golf, shops, entertainment-the list goes on and on! Book Anchors Down today! For larger groups-you can book both Anchors Down and Anchors Up. These two units sleep 21 guests.
Please note there is an additional one-bedroom unit in the back of the house (Anchors Away). This unit is also used for short term rentals and these guests have their own driveway and entrance. These guests do not have access to the backyard or pool area. If you'd like to add this unit to your reservation please contact us directly.
Bath towels and linens are included in the cleaning fee. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dish detergent, and cleaning supplies.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS-STRICT QUIET HOURS FROM 10pm-7AM-Primary booking guest must be at least 25 and present during the entire stay. Only registered/approved guests are allowed to stay or visit the unit. We do not allow for visitors or overnight guests without prior approval from hosts.
There are two cameras in the front of the house, in the top left and right corners of the porch and facing the two parking areas. There is a side camera in the back of the house facing the driveway. These may be recording at anytime.
**Please note the backyard pool area is shared between the upper and lower level of Anchor House. The grill is provided as a courtesy as we cannot guarantee its functionality. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill and filling up the propane. The pool is cleaned once a week during non-peak and twice a week during peak season. Guests are responsible for skimming debris out of the pool in between cleanings. Guests can request an additional cleaning at guest's cost if possible for cleaning team to fit into their schedule. The Ice maker is non functional and we provide ice trays. There is a locked maintenance closet near the laundry area that guests do not have access to as it has supplies for our cleaners. Guests might see onsite pool cleaners, landscapers or maintenance team members during their stay. ***
