We had a wonderful time at the rental by the beach. The space was very clean, peaceful, and located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Best of all, it was just a short walk to the beach—perfect for morning strolls and sunset views. Manager was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Nice Getaway

Overall, a wonderful experience. Just wish a tv was in the masters bedroom, other than that, place was clean, not far from the beach.

This was our first time staying here and our AC was not working right and The property manager was right there to get it fixed and communicated everything with us

Just what we needed

We were here for a short stay. In a central area, close enough to one gates of the base. Short walk to the beach. The property owner was very helpful and very available to answer any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was newly renovated and super clean and comfortable! The beds were soooooo cozy! The owner was very responsive and super helpful! The ocean view beach was a very short walk! It was close to everything, but also was very quiet which my kids and I loved! I have already recommended this place to all my friends and family! Definitely worth every dime!

A beautiful place to stay

This was truly one of the best places I have stayed at. Excellent communication throughout our stay and the owner genuinely wants to make it the best possible. Every detail was thought out and both the work done and the furniture / fixtures are all great quality. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has literally everything we needed. We really felt like we were home for the four nights we were there. The location is great and walked to the beach each morning for the sunrise. Only 20 min from VA beach and close to a Harris Teeter and a great soul food seafood place. We certainly stay here again when we are back in the area!

A Home Away From Home

Our stay was lovely. Everything need for a comfortable stay is here. Nice quiet location and close to a beach, restaurants, stores and ice cream shop (DQ). The only complaint I have is that we were only provided 1 roll of toilet paper!! I would like to suggest that you provide an air fryer for future guests. Which would make it much easier to heat up/crisp leftovers/takeouts!!!

At first there was some confusion reference my reservation. I had problems with the online help with Brno. Once I got a phone number to speak with a representative, things were much better. Once we got hold of the owner of the property thing went very well. The representative on the phone for Brno was very helpful and worked diligently to get in touch of the owner. The owner was awesome and very helpful and truly wanted to do what he could to make my stay excellent. This why I gave a five star rating

The Owner is a joke!

This property was reserved for over a month in preparation for a weekend getaway. The owner contacted me 2 hours prior to check-in to say that he was moving me to a different property without reason or with any financial recourse. When I declined he abruptly cancelled my reservation. Bad business! Worse communication.

We have 2 identical units, when I said identical everything is the same, we remodeled and furnished both units same time same way. I asked you nicely for your comfort if you would move to the adjacent unit bc the units wasn’t going to be ready by the time you will be there. You started asking nonsense and you sounded too drunk to reason with (without going into details) so I canceled the reservation and you got every penny of your reservation. Just to clarify to our future guests.

Truly great, cozy place

Found this gem last minute. Great price and great location. Very short walk from beach and main drag, but still so quiet. The apartment is all new everything and the beds and high end linens and great a/c and ceiling fans made for restful nights. Bath towels provided too. No bringing or renting linens is a huge plus for a beach stay. Kitchen is well stocked w all you need if you want to cook or bake cookies(even provided parchment paper for cookie baking). There is a huge TV w streaming service if you need that. We had a nice movie night on our one bad weather day. Owner is very responsive and told us of a great beach for swimming w kids. Plenty to do in the Norfolk area and found great places for food, drinks and coffee nearby. I've already sent the link to a bunch of family and friends and I will be back.

Ocean view rental

This property is just ok. The owner seems to be cutting expenses which is in fortunate. Liquid soap at both the kitchen sink and bathroom was practically empty so we had to purchase new containers form our stay. Only a Keurig machine was provided for coffee but ZERO coffee coffee cups. Again, we immediately had to go to the store for something that should have been provided. The outside of the building is tired looking. I recommend the owner trim the bushes in front of the unit as it seemed pretty tired on the outside. That said, the inside was fine

Description of property was deceving

Although location was convenient, Not a 5 min walk to the beach. Front entry was dumpy. Unit smaller than expected. Cheap furniture covered with plastic was odd. Unit had cockroaches. Mattresses were very comfortable and unit was otherwise aesthetically pleasing. Attempted to contact property manager about the cockroaches and received no reply. This property is definitely overpriced. Would not recommend.
