Communication with our host, Sony, was excellent. The rental was exactly what we needed. It had great common areas where the whole family could relax. Everyone’s bedroom was comfortable (especially the beds). Finally, the sunrise & sunset views over the lake lived up to the hype.

This is a great, spacious property with an amazing view and fairly close to everything we needed. Definitely read the instructions to make sure you bring all the necessities with you. I would definitely stay here again.

This house has a lot of things going for it. It's right on the water, a dedicated one car garage (although the door is so narrow that fitting a Kia Soul was a surgical operation, so if you have a bigger car you're probably not going to fit it in), nice spaces. Big kitchen and huge table. 3 full and one half bathroom. A balcony on every floor. The house was very clean, but there were some maintenance issues that we found to be a bit of a headache. Burned out bulbs in the master bath and elevator, and the elevator door needed to be fixed or you can get trapped in there on the 2nd floor.Overall, we enjoyed our stay. If these things were taken care of it would be an easy 5 stars. Hopefully for the next guest.

Other than an amazing view of the bay, the owner Sony was awesome!!! Any questions or concerns we had Sony immediately responded and assisted us. We enjoyed our kitchen fellowships and watching tv in the living room. Very layed back and relaxing trip. Thanks Sony for helping to make this trip memorable.

We had a great time! Easy walk to the beach, beautiful views from the balconies overlooking the creek. The perfect place for me, my wife, our two kids (5 & 8), our friend and his 10 year old, and my brother and his wife. We got plenty of rest and enjoyed our stay while attending a nearby music festival. Would definitely stay again!

We were very happy to find this huge house, with an elevator, for our family as we were evacuated from Cape Hatteras. However, even if comfortable, a lot of things were missing in the kitchen: small glasses for juice and kids, small plates for breakfast, light over the stove (in a microwave over the stove but not functioning so it was very dark when cooking mostly at night); a lot of pans where used and scratched. But it was well situated - short walk to the beach but with a dangerous road to cross even if there were marks for pedestrians (but drivers seamed not to care about them).

Roller Derby Teammate Retreat

Myself and 9 of my teammates spent 3 nights in this house. It was very clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and spend time together. The view of the lake was amazing and it was close to a beach and tons of great dinning. I would totally stay here again.

Family Reunion

We have an annual Family Day Reunion in Hampton every year and we found this amazing home that was conveniently located not too far from the hosted location. The home is as advertised. It’s beautiful, comfortable and very roomy. It was clean, convenient to shops, restaurants and of course the Beach. The elevator was such a help to get our luggage and supplies in and out with ease. Last but not least, our host Sony is so very sweet and quick to respond with any questions. Check in and check out was a breeze. Can’t praise it enough and would not only recommend it but stay again without hesitation.

Located in a near perfect spot to stay if you want easy access to all the local attractions while being just far enough off the beaten path for some peace and quiet. The property was clean and communication with the property owner was easy and attentive.

Overall we were quite happy with the stay. The location suited us well being between Williamsburg and Virginia beach. The townhouse is as advertised. Plenty of room for the 8 of us all in beds. There were 2 other fold up twin beds available if needed. One thing worth noting is that the hot tub referenced in the listing is for the whirlpool tub in the master bedroom.

Wonderful 5 day stay

We loved our stay in this relaxing house! Everything was clean and well kept. The views of the bay were beautiful! The beds were comfortable enough that I slept like a baby and I don't sleep well outside of my own bed. The only thing that would have made it a little better is if there had been a few toys or games. There wasn't much for the kids to do when we had down time so they got a little restless. They had a couple coloring books and those where well used!

5 night stay was amazing.

I cannot say enough about the home. It is by far one of the best rentals I have had for vacations. Sony is prompt with communication. The home is very spacious and clean. There were 6 adults and 1 infant in our party. We had more than enough room. I would highly recommend staying here if you will be visiting the area!

Nice Property

My group stayed here for a wedding in town. The property was decently clean, outside of garage which did need some work. We also were not able to use the elevator as it was not operational. This wasn’t a huge deal, but would have made getting settled in and leaving easier. The only other thing that stopped this from being 5 stars is the fact that one of the rooms, was not a room. It was more of a landing at the top of the stairs with a bed. Luckily the individuals staying there did not mind, but for anyone thinking it’s 4 bedrooms, it’s really only 3 and then an open space with a bed. I would probably stay here again as the price was good and location was good. We spent a good amount of our free time at East Beach which was a quick ride up the road. Grocery stores and restaurants were also pretty close, so it was in a good area.
