We’re delighted you found Latitude Key excellent to work with and would rent another home from us again. We’d like to provide some context on a few items for future guests. Regarding parking, the home is located in a residential community where street parking and vehicle placement are regulated. Our team communicates with guests when vehicles are parked outside the permitted areas to help avoid neighbor concerns, violations, or other issues. This isn't about monitoring guests—it’s simply part of responsibly managing a vacation home within a residential neighborhood. We will, however, review the parking instructions and stated vehicle capacity to make sure they are as clear as possible. We acknowledge the A/C issue during your stay. Our team made multiple service visits in an effort to resolve it, and we appreciate your recognition that Latitude Key remained highly responsive throughout the process. We have also reviewed the outdoor fans and other maintenance feedback with our property team. The home's open-concept design, long pool, waterfront area, and sleeping arrangements are part of the property's existing layout and are represented in the listing, although we understand that every home won't be the perfect fit for every group's preferences. We also appreciate the feedback regarding towels and will review the property's inventory. We're glad there were many things you enjoyed, including the comfortable beds and linens, multiple laundry areas, waterfront setting, and private swing off the primary bedroom. Most of all, thank you for separating your opinion of this particular home's fit for your group from the service you received.
