Saturday to Saturday bookings from June 1 through August 15, with a 7-night minimum required.

Maximum occupancy: 8 (No exceptions), per the city of Marathon's rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2.

Renters must be 28 or older, and a 28-year-old must be present during the entire stay.

This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking onAirbnb~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals.
