Stay in this centrally-located home and enjoy close proximity to various attractions. You'll be just minutes away from downtown Mystic and Mystic Aquarium, and a short 15-minute drive from Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. Additionally, you'll have easy access to local vineyards and farms.

This spacious home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, and family room. The family room provides access to a charming outdoor patio area.

Guests have full access to the entire house, excluding the basement and garage. Please note that we use the garage and basement to store our personal items.

For families with children, there is a park conveniently located right across from the backyard of the home.

House was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable just a little low to ground. Host was very friendly and attentive. We had a small problem with heat right away but host solved it quickly and sent wood as well.

Nice big house for girls weekend. Not too far of a drive from Mystic. Not enough seating in one room for everyone but made it work. One of the bedrooms didn’t have an a/c unit but there was a fan.

Our stay was great. We had to be up in the area for a wedding. It was close to the venue, spacious, and comfortable. The window ac worked great in each room and common area.

Great stay but falls short of amenities

Great space and location, clean but lacks attention to detail and amenities (ie towels, new frying pan, cookware old). One bath towel per guest with no ability to wash for a 4 day stay. Most importantly, listing does mention air conditioning but window units in only 3 rooms. We had to move mattresses to cooler rooms. Unacceptable! More effort needs to be made, please!

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and wish we had been given the opportunity to address your concerns during your stay. Had we known about the temperature issue, we would have immediately had the property manager install a new AC unit in that room. With the doors open, the existing AC units typically cool the entire upstairs comfortably, and the fan in the smaller room is there to assist with airflow. We appreciated you reaching out about the towel shortage, and we acted quickly to deliver additional towels. Feedback is incredibly important to us, and reviews like this do impact our ability to host future guests. We genuinely would have appreciated the chance to make things right before a review was posted.

This property is clean and comfotable. It is minimalist in furnishings and accents, but has modern conveniences. It is exactly as represented in the listing. We would recommend for a Mystic get away.

Great location, Very clean

3 night stay with friends to see WNBA game and Mystic, Misquamicut, etc. - Very clean.- Has basics. - Fans or A/C in rooms. - Says sleeps 6 however there were not enough places for each person to sit in living room, family room, and deck. - The entry door railing needs to be fixed- There was 1 bath towel for each person and no hand towels and although asked to wash dishes, there were no dish towels. - Beds were very comfortable but all beds presented with only a fitted sheet and comforter. There were no flat sheets, had to search around to find them. - None of the bathrooms had a toilet paper holder which was inconvenient. -We had a great time but would recommend to add some of the essentials that any rental should have.

Clean and good communication

The house was just as listed. Clean and owner responded quickly. AC worked great. Neighborhood very quiet. Good ammenities such as shampoo/cond. , soap even starter condiments for cooking. Minor miscommunication in regards to how to open door. Inside was very clean Except for deck. Needed a little TLC. Pressure washing and cleaning prior to our arrival. But understanding that it is surrounded by trees. Two burners on stove didn’t work. This one is personal. My husband is a 6’3 big guy. So furniture was not very comfortable for him. Furniture was very low to ground, sofas/beds made for smaller people. This is just FYI. The back neighbor has what looks like a crazy farm w dyi wooden trellis for gardening and chickens. Nothing you can do about that.

I gave them 5 stars as a courtesy but my true opinion is 4 stars. I found the photos made the place look a lot better/newer than it was. The place was clean and it was close to mystic. The deck is on the side and the house is on a double yellow. I found the photos a little misleading. I thought my kids would have a place to play. Dishwasher wasn’t working. The owner did offer to have someone come fix it but I wasn’t comfortable with a stranger coming during our stay. Bathroom photos show the new vanities but not the old tubs/showers. Not a deal breaker, just a little misleading. For some reason, all bathrooms have no toilet paper holders. Hopefully they fix this because it was very hard for my little ones to use the bathroom independently with just rolls of toilet paper left out. Biggest concern was the alcohol and medications left in the kitchen cabinets. Maybe not a big deal to everyone, but I found that dangerous for my children. Bedrooms were large and there was a lot of closet space. Fine house to stay in with all adults. Not the right fit for me and my young children.

House is nice sized with large rooms and closets. Lots of space for 6 guests. BUT...before booking, I messaged the host to be sure there was AC in each upstairs bedroom. They assured me "All bedrooms are equipped with window units". NOT true! We arrived on the hottest day of this year. The house was stuffy, stale. The lower level AC works well, also the 2 units in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, BUT the twin bedroom does NOT have an AC window unit. I messaged the host, was told there was a fan in the closet, not! We carried a heavy fan up the very steep stairs, and a column fan that might have had some cooling feature but was not cold. Worst part - I had not been told the truth.MOST IMPORTANT - the left railing on the outside stairs is DANGEROUSLY LOOSE! This needs to be fixed IMMEDIATLY! "Cleaning" was not thorough before our arrival. A kitchen chair had a very long black hair, another had some black dead bugs, they were also on the carpet upstairs. Bugs crawling on the ceiling in the full bed room. Closet door was hanging off track in that room, we fixed it. Carpets had not been vacuumed. Shower liners need replacing, stained from chlorine. I notified the host that formica is missing in kitchen, to be on record, was told marble counters would be installed soon. How about spending for AC in the 3rd bedroom instead?!?Upstairs bathrooms need towel hooks. One hook in each is not enough for the 6 people this house sleeps. Dressers are needed in bedrooms for socks, underwear, etc.
Crawling bugs on the ceiling in the bedroom with the full bed.
Many windows had smudged handprints on them from previous renters lifting them. This should be attended to, given the cleaning fee.
Heavy fan that was in the kitchen when we arrived, and had to be carried up steep stairs to the bedroom without AC.
Blue stains on shower curtain liner from chlorine in the water, plus other spots.

The house was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of neccessities including toilet paper. Bedding, etc. The only slight issue was the heat in the bedrooms and bathrooms didnt seem to work. The upstairs hallway was comfortable but mornings were brisk in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
